I received calls from a man saying he work for Chelsea Associates name Williams white. The said I owe $5000 for a credit card which I knew was a lie. I ask him to send me a letter stating I owe this money he refuse. I think he scam me out of $90 before I found out it's a scam.

Just got a letter from this guy, but he's using a different address and probably company! Law office of Lee corporate group. 800 s. Brookhurst St suite 3c Anaheim CA. Now mind you this company doesn't even come up listed at all on the internet!

I've been paying these people but this month all of a sudden they have taken anything out of my acct I tried to call them and the number was disconnected

Change out your account numbers.  Notify your  bank of possible fraud.  Perhaps they can reverse the withdrawal.
