That is so odd I bought my auto warranty from AVS and they broker through MEPCO FIN and they are great. They have paid for a new fuel pump, CV axles, window, and towing. Nice and EZ to work with. They have real low payments. And the call center is in the US. The one down side is long hold times.

I called this number because they keep sending me letter stating that if i don't call and reactivate my warranty from Toyota that i would lose it.  I was charged $179.68 for the blue book that i did not asked for.  Two months later i received a statement stating this is not a bill, but also that i will be charged every month directly to bank acct and that in owed $2695.32.  I called Toyota Dealer to find out about this company and told me they don't know anything about them and what they do is sell you another warranty without really letting you know about it.  The guy named STEVEN was very rude and told me to disregard the statement as i don't owe them anything and this is only part of Toyota manufacture only.  I have to cancel and closed my acct because I'm stupid enough to give it to them thinking that they are the Toyota Dealer i was talking too.  Theses people doesn't have any care if you lost anything at all.  All they do is scammed you to get money off the people.  The government should look this up and investigate.  I just lost my husband three months ago and my car that i was driving i have to give it back to the bank because i cant afford to pay for it. First time in my life i took a loan in my name so i can have a car to drive to work while  struggle to pay my bills i have another company telling me i owed them money?  All these people that put a lot of complaint should be enough to have this look in to.

I'm confused.  You can't afford the car and have to give it back yet you were worried about the warranty on it?

im trying to check out a company I recently bought a car warranty through.  I have reason to believe from
checking into this company it may be a scam.  The company is Endurance Auto Warranty  Financed through
some company named Mepco.  Both are supposedly located in Chicago, Illinois.   However when I checked
with the BBB  they had no record of either company.  How can I find out if this is a legit company?  I am concerned
now because I found this site and there is a lot of complaints about not being able to get their repairs done or
even anyone in repair to answer the phone or return calls.
I need to know what my next step is in reporting this company and getting my initial money back.
    thanks for your help.

Well, you could have simply done as I just did and input this number into an online search engine. I found many results about it:
    https://www.mepco.com/contact
    https://www.bbb.org/us/il/chicago/profile/aut ... o-0654-87000561
A web search of "Endurance Auto Warranty" also yielded a lot of results, including this one from the BBB:
    https://www.bbb.org/us/il/northbrook/profile/ ... 7689/complaints

Perhaps you should learn about the value of a search engine for the next time you "can't find" anything. Trying different words, numbers,  phrases and names make the difference in getting results.
Sorry to say, but this appears to be a scam outfit. You can file a report against them.

If you paid by credit/debit card then that information was given to you by the bank when you first received the card.

"I want my money back YESTERDAY!!!!!!" Then contact your card company. This scammer isn't going to give it back.
