I have completed my entire program  In full ,why am I not getting a certificate of completion?

We need to start a civil suit together,I paided my complete  debt off to them and I still did not get a certificate of completion,what do we do ,they got 8000 dollars from me

So you got scammed by a credit repair outfit?  Sounds about right, especially since they were fined $7 Million for charging illegal fees (see the post at the top of page 2).

Never done business with these people and they keep calling to try and sell me a service to remove items from my credit report.

They are not a debt collector,they are a debt consolidation company in which I have employed them to settle my debts,and they do not do automatic pymts bc they are not set up to do it, but you should never give anyone permission to take any bills out of your acct. I send them a check,they are rated one of the best companies,and if they took money out of your acct,somehow you gave them permission.I have been with them over 2 yrs and never had a problem. They have been very honest.If you google them at Golbal Debt Solutions you will find another no.you can call.  They do not block your ph.no. Ever. They are in good standing with the Better Bus.Bureau.
