- JwThis ph no called me to verify a transaction that flagged in their system. He was asking personal identifiers, acct no., etc. I questioned him because Chase never called me before but he got defensive and even insinuated that the acct could suffer. I asked him to send me the information via email and told him I was visiting a branch in the state I was vacationing in, when he interrupted me and immediately asked who was staying home while I was on vacation because he needed to document my file. All this happened in a conversation that lasted 2-3 minutes. I got upset and hung up to call chase Cust. Services and asked about the status of my acct. The representative said they don't call nor harass clients, they send notifications and that I did good not providing any information. He checked my acct and there was NO problem whatsoever and nothing that I needed to take care of. Be careful, don't provide any information, hung up and make a call yourself to verify the validity of any allegations.

- LillieJust woke up to a call from CHASE the woman slaughtered my name. Before I could say anything, I cleared my throat and then she hung up on me. Called the number back, it had a weird busy signal. Called again and someone answered. Asked for my full card # told her i just woke up and wasn't going to get it, then asked for my FULL social security # . I told her off and said NO ONE asks for a FULL SS# and [***] if that was going to happen. Continued to lose my [***] on her until she "transferred" me to some guy stating it was the "fraud" department. He sounded like he was literally in a tube. His thick accent made it difficult to understand with the tube effect. He again stated that he was in fraud department and he didn't have my info in front of him. I continued to call them out about it being [***] that THEY CALLED ME. and yet had NO INFO?? So I told him to [***] off and eat a fat dick. ASK QUESTIONS!! DONT BE AFRAID TO TELL SOMEONE TO [***]!! It's YOUR information to protect. After I checked my Chase app and email for any correspondence from chase. NONE. Then I looked at my contact list and the CHASE #s did not match. Threw this 800-399-7189 # in a search engine and found others like myself.
I'm definitely a FAFO kinda person. NEVER BE AFRAID!! Ask questions and then tell them you need to call them back. If you're a customer of said company (this time they used CHASE) call the # on your card. You are only obligated to YOU.- Caller: CHASE
