This is a number from a scammer Allen Perez and his supposed USA Mega Sweepstakes. Letter to elderly lady telling her she won lottery. Company is listed as Fidelity House Financial Services out of Long Beach CA. Letter sent from somewhere in Europe (Ireland?). Check written off a a Eagle Mechanical, Inc. out of Indianapolis. Called them, they are aware of someone using there Name. Check drawn on a BMO Harris Bank. Scammer asks recipient to call them. Gives instructions to deposit (bogus) check for $4,650, send back a $3,600 processing fee and "keep the rest".

Same thing here in CT on 9/23/15.  Name on this letter said John Lucas 1-800 number no longer works
