- CMIt's Verizon sales. Perhaps your phone is up for renewal or your eligible for an upgrade. Basically a sales call for them.
- Caller: Verizon Sales
- BitwhitMust be a cruel joke from verizon sales since I spent several phone calls and hours talking to no less than four people in "accounts" trying to explain that I accidentally paid my January bill two times and that I should have that duplicate balance carried over to pay for my February's bill, with no luck at all.
- Caller: Verizon Sales
- NJdotCOMNo Caller ID information, and no message left. Presumed telemarketer.

- AngljaffyVerizon Sales at this point is harrassing me. I dont know how many times I've said, when I'm ready, I'll call you, stop calling me every single day weeks at a time. This time with a new phone number showing up. SO ANNOYING!>!>!

- johnVerizon if this is them needs to leave the public alone!
No sane person is going to pay over 100$ per month for them when there are now many better options which cost half as much- Call type: Telemarketer
- Annoying meHas called 3 times in the last couple weeks. Get the hint: no one will ever pick up. They've called early morning and at dinner time, and after 7 pm. If they are really Verizon, why doesn't that show on caller ID? Why do they have to be shady? I don't deal with people like that any more. Too many scams.
- Caller: "Toll Free Caller"
- Some HumanThey say they are calling "on behalf of Verizon." It's some outside telemarketer they contract with. They said they want to make sure I'm on the best plan, getting the best deal, blah blah blah. A couple of months ago, I fell for it and agreed to change plans. When I got the actual bill from Verizon, I found out the price they had quoted was complete crap. They probably lied to get a commission.

- StacyThey called me today claiming to be Verizon and lower my bill. Once I agreed they tried to sale me a tablet and asked for my Verizon wireless password. It is all a setup to get your debit card number . Don't fall for it

- Kellie gVerizon sales. Seeing if they can upgrade service.

- AnnoyedLeft a message offering a free medical alert devise for all seniors because of increased injuries for people over 65 and unable to reach someone. Suspect it was a fraud. Did not answer the phone - so far no repeat calls.

- RicMSomeone calling "on behalf" of Verizon Wireless saying they want to ensure I'm getting the best deal possible. Funny thing is I spoke to Verizon just last week to change my data plan on my current plan. I had 15GB for four phones and wanted to take advantage of the new $10/month data plan discount. Ended up changing to 10GB/month which lowered my bill by $10, then found out they have a promotion going on that gives me 1GB/month extra at no cost for 12 months (at end of 12 months it just goes away). Also got loyalty discounts on two lines of $25/month each plus a one-time $30 loyalty credit on my next bill. I verified all of this a day after I called them and everything the rep said she was doing is on my online account.
Needless to say, this "on behalf" person couldn't come up with anything else. Besides, I will NEVER accept any offer from unsolicited calls.- Caller: Verizon Wireless

- LisaKept getting called by this number so I finally answered to tell them to stop calling. Said they were from Verizon and wanted to talk to my husband (called him by name). I said I couldn't verify who they were because caller ID just says toll free call so please don't call back. The next day I got the same call, a different person, same spew. I told her don't call back and she said, "Why? You don't want to save money on your bill?" Wow! They call again, someone is getting an ear-full!

- ROThis is not Verizon calling, it's just a scammer using Verizon's name. This happened to me before, they got my Verizon password and used it to cancel my phones, put their phones on my account, and made $500 in overseas calls in one hour. Besides, a good tip-off is when they call my house phone, which is not with Verizon, only my cell service is. I never answer the phone anymore for these kinds of calls, I let it go to voicemail. If it's important, they will leave a message.
