Aargh! I recieved a call from them after having searched online for affordable insurance, and the 80/20 plan sounded good, so I signed up. Two different people from their office reassured me several times that the fees were completely refundable so long as I didn't use the insurance and cancelled within a certain time frame. Of course, when I called to cancel, I was informed that my fees/premium was non-refundable, and in addition would be charged a 35 dollar "early termination fee". After two days of battle on the phone, the $35 fee was waived and they sent me a check in the amount of 40 dollars (the first payment I made was $188), claiming that it was the commission that "Troy Mathews" earned. I haven't recieved the check, and I don't hope to. They went by the names of Health Enrollment Center, Advantage, and Nation's Health Group. The phone number that I was dealing with was 1-800-401-3642. This occurred in California. I am so upset! And worried, as they now have my information and my kids' information... I learned a lesson, here, but it was one I didn't care to learn.

Is this a legit company or a scam? I just signed up and nothing out of my account as of yet? I am worried.
