This number is on an Amazon email that says i bough a computer that i didnt.  I called it and they answer as Amazon but this is not a customer service number for them that i can find.

Got an email saying:
Thank you for your shopping with us !!! We thought you would like to know that we've dispatched your item(s). Your order is on the way. If you need to return your item from this shipment or manage other orders, please contact our Toll-Free Number +1 (800) 403-2362.

Obviously this is a scam look how they spelled Amazon, just beware of any suspicious emails.

Received email with this # about a Retina display computer order being delivered. I didnt place any such order. Scam....beware

I got a message with this phone number that so I ordered a computer, a MacBook Air and then it was gonna be delivered to Florida. I never did that..

I got an email supposedly from Amazon, saying they shipped my order out and I should receive it on January 9, 2021. I didn’t order anything from Amazon! They listed this number to call to cancel or modify my order. I called Amazon’s REAL number and they said this is a scam and they’re already aware of it.

I rec'd email with shipping confirmation of Apple MacBook Air 13.3'' with Retina Display, Fulfilled by Amαzón, delivering to somewhere in Florida. I called the 800 number and they claim I ordered this. I didn't. They also claim 3 other orders in my name, one being for a firearm from Mexico, the others for stuff in California. SCAM!!!! Beware!

Just received same exact email sent to an email address that I do not use with Amazon. There was no mention of Amazon in the email, but the look of it was pretty close to what Amazon sends. These people are ridiculous. The word “dispatched” is not used for shipping in the USA. Huge red flag there, among other things. Scam, scam, scam.

I received this email as well. I called the number and they wanted me to give them information to log into my account to place a dummy order so that they could see how it was ordered.  I simply said to them "are you freaking crazy, sure let me give you my social security number as well!  Good bye!"
