Same scam a few days ago, from this number but with different call-back number (800 460 6403.)  Call back number appears to be legit number for a different electric company (PSE&G,) but Google search of call back number does not show PSE&G and shows lots of possibilities, including one or two located in India.  (PSE&G is NOT my electric company, anyway - that would be Con Ed, and threat to turn off service due to non-payment is bogus, as my Con Ed bill is on Auto-pay.)
