Received a call on my cell phone, I answered but they hung up to, do not know who this is

Same here, they never pick up when you answer.

I received this phone number 800-403-7762. They hung and I called bck. It is a a credit law firm place. a scam. I was on hold for 5 minutes and finally hung up.
