Someone, Misty Coldiron of AML Lending Co.  used my cell phone number as part of an application.  I have received a dozen calls since then  I believe they will now stop calling me but i feel sorry for those that get involved with them...

But can they still go after you for something that you've not paid 8 years ago.  I had a loan with them and i didn't pay them off, but beleive me, what i borrowed, they got double.  So i don't think i should pay their [***] anything further.  So this [***] ask me if i live at so and so, i said wherever you think it says i live then that's where i live.  Incidentially i'd set up a payment plan with them, but when i thought about it, i said to hell with them, and they will not get my info, i canceled the bank card i gave them before any damages could be done.  

So i don't know what's the procedure is if the loan isn't completed? do any of you guy know.  They are Ameriloan doing business with some company in Miami Tribual ...

This is Ameriloan Payday loan. I have sent registered letters under the Consumer Protection Law demanding that they stop contacting me at my place of employment. They still call. Hmm.... I have worked out a payment plan with them and am following it, but I guess that doesn't seem to show up on their account info.
Avoid all payday loan companies at any cost. Wish I had.

They Called an affiliated office of the company I work with stating they were doing an "AUDIT" on me.  I have no idea how they got the phone number to that office being that I don't work there.  The office manager says they are rude and demanding and even asked for here information. I have no idea who or what this company is so I looked up the number on google and it led me to this website.  Apparrently they are some loan company who I have never done any business with and i don't have the slightest clue how they got my name or the number to an office I don't even work in.  STOP CALLING!!! It very disruptive!!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE A FRAUD I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT MY FATHER AND RECORDED THE CONVERSATION IF THEY CONTACT MY FATHER AGAIN I WILL TURN THIS RECORDING INTO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND HOPE THEY ALL BURN EVEN HAVE A NAME THAT IS PROBABLY FAKE OF DAVE   THEY BETTER WATCH OUT I KNOW THAT THEY R JUST A DUMB COLLECTION AGENCY WE HAVE SUITED MANY COLLECTORS THEM SELF AND AGENCIES DUE TO THE NEW LAWS MAKING EXAMPLE S OUT OF  PEOLPLE. The Better Business Bureau as of today's date shows 480 complaints against AmeriLoan in the past 3 years, 110 of which AmeriLoan failed to resolve the complaint, and 155 of which the BBB never received a response from AmeriLoan. This company is clearly not operating on the up-and-up. In addition, they are contacting me about a payday loan they say was given to me (which I never received) and they are not licensed to lend in the state of Michigan, where I live. I will be reporting them to the FTC and the Michigan Attorney General.

It should be noted the company has several addresses, but per the BBB, all of the complaints have been compiled under this listing.

People calling my job and not identifying themselves.  Employer states they call every 30 minutes asking for me - I am on leave - they have been informed that I am on leave and that the number they are calling is a business number - if anyone could help them, please identify themselves and their issue. They claim it is a personal matter - when I call the number, it goes to answering machine without a company name identifying it's business.  I wish for them to cease and desist calling my work, but do not know how to stop them.

I just want them to stop calling my job!!

Check the statute of limitations in your state. Most likely you are well past that and they can not touch you.

Ameriloan is an illegal loan company.  They do not hold loan licenses in any state in the United States. If you have taken a loan out with them and paid it back then they owe you a refund for their illegal fees and interest.

i recieved a message at my place of work that a cathy person asked for me and they took the message for me. i always thought they cant harrass you at your place of work. dont they realized that they can get you fired for this sort of thing. why cant they stop calling, if you ever had taken out a certain loan with these people how come they cant show you in writing if you owe anything. i wish they would sop already!!!!!!!

UN WANTED CALLS BY UNKNOWN.

several different ppl have called  from this number everyday for over a month. The employee in question lives out of state, and has no intention of calling them back. he said he knew it was a scam.  I have asked them not to call here anymore but they continue? is there anything that can be done to stop them?

No more calls I paid uback.

I received a call yesterday & today stating I owed money- they are just trying to bully people into paying something that is not owed.

A MAN NAMED "JAMES" FROM "AML" SAYS A CO-WORKER SUBMITTED AN "APPLICATION", AND GAVE ME THIS # TO RETURN HIS CALL....FROM READING THE ABOVE POSTERS, I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT IS TRUE.

I have been getting phone calls from these people for past 6 months, I took out a loan w them, then went to a protection repayment plan, making monthly payments, The company who is helping me has not received any responses from them denying the money they are paying on my part.Today some lady called my work, my boss told her I was not there, My boss said the b**** was very persistent that she give me the telephone # and that I had to call back today, This lady called me last week and I actually said my name.She asked me if I was so and so, I explained I am not allowed to receive personal phone calls at work she asked if I lived at this address, gave the #'s to my address and I proceeded to hang up. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME,and The Fair trade commission statement that we are suppose to tell them , they could care less, they still call,call,call, and harass,harass,harass, you..

WTF ARE THESE PPL THEY CALLED LIKE A MILLION TIMES!

Check the laws in your state. Here, all of those companies break the usury laws, bigtime. It's criminal usury. Legitimate companies are not allowed to charge that much in interest. I bet if you check with the State's Attorney you'll see, as I did.
