- callingmyworkThis number keeps calling the empty cube across from me at work 3-4 times a day. We had a temp working in that cube, but they are calling for some other person entirely. We'd have IT cut the phone off, but we actually receive real messages on it, and I have to retrieve them. The auto messages leave a "reference #" and says to call "John Huber" and say they are "NCO Financial". I tried calling to tell them they have the wrong number and that they are calling a business where the person has never worked, but all it did was ring and ring and ring. Thankfully they aren't calling my phone, but I have to check the other phone for messages, and weeding through these is extremely annoying and a waste of my time.

- Irratating CallsI have the same issue, but I cannot get ahold of anyone at the number they leave, as they don't appear to answer it at 2pm on a weekday, when their message says they are open. The message they leave is the same name as your's but a differnt firm name, they say MCA. It's irritating as it's my home phone and they leave this stupid mesasage and it's impossilbe to get them to stop.

- BEWARE -SCAMI just read all your complaints, and no one seems to know the extent of this collection company"s power. They will illegally garnish your wages and any other government payment you may have coming. (eg. tax return refund) to collect money that is due to no one - it is a scam to steal your money.
They will ruin your credit and take up all your time. Yes, you may even have a nervous break down. BEWARE, DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS - DO NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING - DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. PROTECT YOURSELF.- Caller: 800-408-3617

How do you think they get your number and address? Not trying to down u all however it happen to the best of us. Yes I've had the same call over and over up to 5 times a day , Sundays and as late as 8 30 at night . Sometimes I let the voicemail get other times I pick it up and hang the phone up, I’ve asked to have a bill sent out to prove I owe the bill. This Harley person states to me that they don’t do that because it is a waste of their time, Then asked are refusing to pay ur debt. I said no but ur telling me that you sent a bill to me that happen over 2 yeas ago and I haven’t lived at the address over 5 years . How do I know it is my bill or you are not someone trying to play me? Still they voice on the other end reply’s we mailed out bills in the pass and because we never got them back we no longer send anything out now. so I reply to the guy fine I owe nothing and hung the phone up ...good luck 2 you all and the only thing I can say is find you attorney .....

- Laura R.I just got this call too. Them and Pentagroup Financial suck!
I lost my job about 5 weeks ago, but I already work with a debt relief company, who has a POA for my debts. I furnished a letter with my debt relief company last month that I had lost my job, and therefore, temporarily, I could not pay as much to settle my debts.
It is like they hear this and figure they'll harass me at home. Why? You are not going to get anymore out of me than my debt relief company, so this is just plain harassment.
Plus, I would love to see how they would get my IRS refund. I had some guy threaten me with this 2 years ago, and it is just hot air that they spew to scared consumers.
I just block any numbers I get now by pushing *60 and then their number. They will be calling from a phone booth by the time I list all their numbers!!- Caller: NCO Financial

- JennyJohn Huber from NCO Financial is leaving messages on our home phone (a number we have just been given on a new contract). You cannot leave a message telling them to stop as their mail box is full.

- rday128Got a call from them on Saturday morning and when I try calling back this 'John Huber', I get no answer. I have a feeling this may be for the person that had this number before me because I've gotten other collection calls for him. I've been calling them back to let them know it's no longer his number and that's what I was trying to do here, but to no avail. Whatever! They better not keep calling me on Saturday morning when I like to sleep in, though!

- Tee replies to klklkI have just moved here from abroad, so actually yes, I do know that I have no debts here unless I have been sent a magical invisible credit card that racked up debt within 3 days of being in this country.

- MikeThis company calls my work number anywhere from 2-5 times a day. I blocked it at the PBX 4 months ago (I'm the phone guy) and they still keep calling to this date even thought they get a blocked call message. The logs show me what happens even though the phone doesn't ring
- Lynn EWhoever this is called me on my cell phone, left a voice mail. Some young lady giggled and laughing said "are you paying too much for life insurance" at that point I deleted the message and called the number back. I did get to a voicemail and advised whoever it was to never call me again, they were calling illegally since I am on the do not call registry. And said again "Do not ever call this number again, thank you" and hung up. I certainly expect her to call back again since she did not get to talk to me the first time. Caller ID just showed call was coming from GA.
