Received  US mail contact asking to call this number about expiring home warranty on my mortgage. I have no mortgage -paid off 10 years ago, the bank they claim is holding my (paid off) mortgage has changed hands and and no longer exists, they falsely they have tried to reach me. They claim I only have a short time to respond

Home warranties do not apply to mortgages nor are they required to obtain a mortgage.
Your scammers tipped their hand when they told you the "warranty" was on your mortgage.
Similar reports have been made by posters in other number threads.
Completely a scam.

Received a letter about a home warranty and the penalties that I will receive by a certain date and I will lose coverage. (I have never had warranty coverage and it implies I will lose my insurance coverage. My insurance agency was like, if you dont pay your premiums you could. They never heard of them either.
