Looked it up on line, got to this site here, saw to text them with "stop", and did so. Immediately got a message saying I'd been unsubscribed. Thanks!!

- NANA replies to ls| 2 replies''You may also cancel this service at anytime by replying with the word STOP to any text message you have received. This is a standard policy for all numbers offering mobile phone content. ''
- Dave replies to Doctor:)I had this happen to me as well. It charge $9.99 / month!!!
I sent a text back that said "stop" - without the quotations - and it worked just fine. Good advice, thanks! - GET REVENGEHere's what to do.
Google 1800 416 6129 and you'll see a host of web pages they use to get kids to sign up for this criminal service. (IE: http://hot2008crush.net/) Pick one, and constantly and rapidly hit the refresh button for a minute, several minutes if you have time. Book mark it and do it when ever you have a few free minutes. I have done this and the repeated page requests knocks their server offline. Just think if everybody reading this did it. It doesn't matter which web site you pick from the Google search. They change them all the time, but they're all served from the same server. Give this IT guy a head ache. - vaviolaI got a text from 89623 that told me to call 18004166129 "4help." I called the number and it was a company called "messenger service." I was put on hold, but after a short wait spoke with a live person. She took my cell phone number and unsubscribed me from the service. Shortly after, I received a text that I had be unsubcribed from COREG Horoscopes subscriptions, a $9.99/month service! I was still on the line with the customer service rep and asked her if what she unsubcribed me from was a horoscope service. She said yes, and that I had been signed up online by someone who had my cell phone pin number...!

- AL| 1 replyI've read all these messages and am now very worried about this scam. I fell into the trap while on Facebook. I thought it was part of it. I've texted back stop and received a confirmation that I've been unsubscribed. I also sent an email to the following addresses: 37215@sms-helpdesk.com, support@myiqquiz.com, escalationsus@sms-helpdesk.com. If it doesn't stop, I plan to report them to the FCC and find that class action group to take them down.

Hope this helps! - Jezebel| 3 repliesYeah...i started getting txt messages from them as well. Apparently, I "subscribed" to their service after an online IQ test on Facebook However, it only asked for the phone number to retrieve the score, but did not say anything about joining a network, or service. It also did not say anything about charge. I texted them back to ask them to stop but they did not. So, I called them today and it is so apparent they are the biggest scamming operation. The customer resolution coordinator first said I was entitled to a 50% refund, then she said she need to talk to me about my computer before I was allowed to proceed, and then I asked to speak with someone else, and she said there was no one else to speak with other than her. I asked her to hang up the phone and she wouldn't. I finally just hung up and called again to speak with someone else. They promised a full refund then although I am skeptical as to whether I will ever see that or will be charged again for another thing. I intend to report them to the FCC, Consumer authority, BBB, and consumerist.
