- SR| 1 replyI am ... they call 2-3 times a week but I never answer. Might have to see what it is one day.
- Kat replies to SRNah, don't bother. If they don't leave a message it's obviously not important so why waste your time answering? Just block the number.
- Mr. FudgeHusband answered the phone, caller asked to speak to my wife. I asked who was calling and they refused to answer my question.
Gave the phone to my wife and the caller immediately asked her for her birthday and phone number. My wife told caller to stop calling.- Caller: Nordstrom
- V-bikerthey call me & left a message on voicemail about a debt collection. I don't have anything past due or in collections. I have already checked my credit report to see if all my information was correct. always checking to make sure nothing has been opened in my name with Credit Karma.
- Caller: real time resolutions
- Call type: Debt collector
- Darla| 1 replyNEVER GIVE YOUR NAME IF A STRANGE # CALLS
They claim to be a debt collection agency called Realtime Solutions & called me from 502-398-3136 left message telling me to call back at 800-419-0407.
I never call 800 numbers, so called the 502#. They wanted my name, I refused & said "you called me, you should have my name".
Got the debt collection talk. I said I have no debts. They finally asked if I was "so & so" who I never heard of. Did a quick search in city directory & that name doesn't exist. Told them to remove my number & if they call again I will report to FCC, FTC, BBB, ETC.- Caller: claims 2b Realtime Resolutions
- Call type: Debt collector
- BigA replies to DarlaI found them. https://www.realtimeresolutions.com/contact-us/ Dallas Texas. As I replied to you in the other thread, making threats that you can't carry out or to report them to agencies that have no jurisdiction does not help. The FCC has no jurisdiction, the FDCPA is a law not an agency, and the BBB is worthless.
- Sandra| 2 repliesIt’s real time resolutions. I called Nordstrom to check out if it’s legit, every thing checked out. Paid out they sent out my letter.
- Caller: Real time resolutions
- Call type: Debt collector
- MikeHuntleton replies to SandraYeah sure, you knew who called you, even got a "letter", yet felt compelled to come and try reassuring people its legit? Only people I know who do that are SHILLS!
- BigA replies to SandraYes we know all about the criminal enterprise that you work for.
- BigA| 1 replyYou will need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation (by law they have to go back to the original creditor to prove you owe the debt), cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (this will be the best money that you have ever invested). Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it. Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter. You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to. Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment. If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt, and we would all be the richer for it. Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front): http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

Everything else you need to know follows including at least two or more federal and state agencies where you should report their criminal activities.

Web page with a PO Box in Texas for an address: http://www.realtimeresolutions.com/contact-us/
Note that they say they are a debt collector, but they also make loans??? Wouldn’t that be a conflict of interest?
BBB gives them an accredited A+ with 46 complaints and 1 negative reviews and one really fake positive review (BBB removed 42 complaints and 2 negative reviews ) as of 12/21/20: http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/co ... las-tx-90004077
Also note that in the negative review they refused to validate the debt for that person and told her that she had to contact the original creditor which is against the law.
OH Joy, they bought a criminal enterprise operating out of Jamaica. Gee no wonder we get so many scam calls from there, they have all our information at their fingertips: http://www.insidearm.com/daily/debt-collectio ... cing-group-llc/

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it. You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified. If and when you get that letter you should immediately send that debt validation letter by certified, return receipt mail.
First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are: https://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file complaints with the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

Good work my friend. Did you notice a couple of names there that sounded familiar? I sure did & there's a certain company that won't be happy when they're brought to their attention...again. I'm not talking about regulatory agencies either.
Hitting a bunch of parasites hard is always done best by costing them money. Risk assessment is a term that a bonding company dearly loves. Higher the risk, higher the cost. Need I say more about that? Costs can go up, returns can drastically fall.
