Caller said a formal complaint required my immediate attention. I need to contact them because they need to deliver papers to my home or business. I must be present and must have a photo ID. I waited and called the number provided (800-419-0967). Got machine sounds and then a message to dial 0 to connect to the main menu. When I tried that it went dead.

I got the same call checked credit report and local court case index nothing

I got the same message two days in a row.....Caller said a formal complaint required my immediate attention. I need to contact them because they need to deliver papers to my home or business. I must be present and must have a photo ID.Gave me the number of 800-419-0967 "for me or my lawyer" to contact them. I know this is a scam & I refuse to call them back in fear they will somehow get something from me out of that simple call.

I just received a call from 703-822-4378; the first part of the voice message was cut off, the remainder said something about document delivery and I must have ID to receive them and I could call the client directly at 800-419-0967.  Both numbers are T&H Financial, a rogue debt collection agency.  They used to use 800-540-5286, but apparently have been outed on that number so now they using new ones to harass people.  There many complaints about T&H Financial and they have an "F" rating from BBB.

Received message today from this number.  Thanks to this site I know not to bother calling them back.  Thanks!!!
