    They called, left no message, I blocked them. On other sites they are listed as Cypress Care in GA. On my phone it said "Unavailable" which is an automatic block for me.

    Person who identified himself as "Lewis" with Cypress Care called regarding a workman's comp. case, asking for my spouse.  He said I could have my spouse return Lewis' call using the number on my caller ID.  (Red flag #1)
    I do not have caller ID so he gave me this number (800-419-7191) to use, but no extension.  (Red flag #2)
    My spouse already has a case worker and it's not Lewis or Cypress Care.  (Red flag #3)

    I have received information from Cypress Care in the mail stating that they take care of providing prescriptions related to my Worker's Comp claim, so that makes sense.
