They call you every day and leave a love message?

they call twice daily and said they are from rogers

I received calls from above phone many times and they said from rogers. I hate it.

Not a chance that they are who they say they are.

Call and when I answer they hang up.  Morons!

Claimed to be Rogers, wanted to confirm information regarding my account and offered better internet services.

One week ago (today is June 11, 2022) I received a call from 1 800 419 7266 saying that they were calling from Rogers, that my modem is outdated and has to be replaced and also would need new wifi digital boxes for the TVs. I was busy and told the lady to call me later, they called and nobody talked to me. Since then, I have received several calls at different times, I picked up the phone and nobody answered. Today they called me again saying that they are a contractor calling on behalf of Rogers. I asked her many questions about my account, she knew everything and told me that I didn't have a PIN and had to add one for security, I asked until when I can use the "outdated" modem and she didn't know because she didn't have access to that information. After the first call I called Rogers and they didn't know about the modem replacement. When I call their number there is a recording saying that the company is zeddSolutions.com. I think it is a scam and the calls are computer generated, when I told her that she is a scammer she yelled that she is not. I will appreciate some feedback. Thank you.

That website has been up since 2010.  The company says that they provide call center/BPO for clients.  I'm not sure what their game is here but I do know that if you called Rodgers at their known, published phone number and they didn't have clue about this then I would have to say that it absolutely is a scam.

Thank you BigA, I was suspicious from the beginning but when she said that she didn't know for how much longer I can use the current modem I had to hung up because that is a very crucial and basic question to answer. What worries me the most is that she had all the information about my account. As well, yelling to a prospective customer is unacceptable.

4 nights in a row - around 6-7 pm. Just dead air when I pick up, caller ID says Rogers.

I got a call from this number they hung up dead air I got a call from Rogers like 4 times a day but I'm asleep I'm going to be weary now it must be scammers taking advantage

They call me every day. Don't the have nothing to do? Hate it.

Called and I picked up. Caller ID said Rogers and the person said his name was Zack and he was working on behalf of some company for Rogers. Wanted to check in about my residential services. Asked me to confirm my email and first name, when they asked me to confirm my address as well I hung up.

This is a scam! They claimed to be from Rogers and wanted to offer me a new internet package, but didn't know any of my account details. This is not Rogers. Do not answer, do not give them any of your information, hang up. Avoid!

Keep calling me saying that they're Rogers: False! Scam! This scammer should be legally stopped from doing unsolicited calls!
