This company scammed us - "Best PC Fixing, LLC" - this and their 1-866-866-3696 number route you to them where they scam you about installing a "Network Firewall" and providing remote computer service to you. They purported to be technical support for Kaspersky (their website has legal disclaimer that they are NOT affiliated with, nor do they have actual agreements with any other company). My wife and I foolishly gave them credit card info, and became suspicious when they wanted to verify transaction by having her write an authorization, including the words "Thank you and best regards", then fax them this authorization.  Although I had allowed them remote access, we broke the contact then.  They called us, leaving messages that the connection had been lost and we needed to call them to get the service via remote connection again.
We canceled our credit card.  I did call them and after talking to first gentleman, then supervisor, and refusing to give them our new credit card number, was sent to a third man who said they might give me restitution by a check to be mailed to me, minus $200 for service that first day (never provided), a $50 cancellation fee and a fee of $50 to write and mail a check.  We agreed that I was NOT going to accept $300 less than full reversal of charges, they said that they had no other offer, and I reported them for fraudulent charges and as a fraudulent company to our credit card company.
