Do Not Call Registry for Lexington Law Firm

I did not sign up for anything from Lexington Law. They texted me out of the blue. Now they say I have to call this number to be removed from their call list.

My daughter has received three text messages in three days from these people.

There is a Lexington Law that does credit repair in Phoenix but she has no credit problems so we assume it's crap.

She forwarded the text to her cell carrier they told her text back "stop" which she did . We'll see.

I received text messages and phone calls from these people.  I'm on the do not call registry.  They've called probably 8 times and now all these texts...totally illegal.

Update:

They stopped texting but now are calling her phone. Three times between Christmas and New Years Eve and five times in the last two weeks.

They keep calling my WORK line at least 2-3 times a day leaving a message. Saying (automated) "This is Beth with the Lexington Law Firm." They say they are getting back to me from a submission online. I did not submit anything on line. Then it leaves a number to call back to be removed from their call list.

They bill themselves as a credit repair firm.

I got the same call.

They call my cell phone at least twice a day from a different number but leave a message to call this 800 number. I've used Hiya to block the number but they always leave a voice mail like the one posted by Dee above. I have not applied online for anything from them.

   - Our company is inundated with these calls to the point that we had to pay for a call block.  CallerID is now 602-544-8884.
   - Noticed a change in their broken automated incomplete messages...  which we had to piece together to even find out who should get the complaint.  The end of the message is always the same, indicating that if we do not want these 'offers' we are to call 800-422-4895 and have our number removed.
   - Personally I believe that since we did not solicit, or even remotely indicate, we wanted to hear these 'offers', we shouldn't be receiving them in the first place. (maybe its time to expand that law regarding sending items and ransoming and invoice in payment when they aren't returned to the seller in time.)
   - And previous experience calling anyone (let alone this company) back to remove a phone number has only escalated into even more uninvited calls.

The first one kept going on that they were here to help me with my messed up mortgage... My mortgage, is fine...  so I excused myself, and hung up.   Didnt answer next 3.

Crooked marketing, lawyers & FCC Do Not Call violations? What could all have in common ?   Did ya all stay or exchange with RCI or Festiva and now their selling your info to make you use Arguss law firm?   Not worth it....starve all lawyers and crooks alike, block all the #s file complaints left and right.

They are relentless, calling at least twice a day.  I have them blocked, but they somehow keep getting through and leaving long messages on my voicemail.  I have texted them to stop, but that did nothing.  I am afraid to call back because i think they are a scam.

It's Lexington Law trying to sell their service. I used them a few months for credit repair, and they did a good job of having some items removed from my credit reports, but the monthly expense was more than what I cared to pay at the time. Text STOP to 48280 to have them stop texting you. Call 800-422-4895 to have them stop calling you. It's an automated system, so you don't have to bother with a human, and it has you push a # to opt out of phone solicitation. It also gives you a confirmation #.

How I was duped into receiving calls from this Law Firm is beyond me. I was trying to sign up for low income housing,  obviously I didn't sign up at the right place.  Pisses me off to get dairy robo-calls every day at 8am

Robogirl that called from 804-292-7151 doesn't know it's talking to an answering machine. Missed first part of its blathering.

Robo call received from (206)408-5004, with a 13 second voice mail that was cut off giving another number to call for ?. Then saying to opt out of these calls to call 1-800-422-4895.

This is the 2nd time i have received this robo call, exactly around the same time yesterday morning.

DO NOT ANSWER OR EVEN REPLY OR CALL.  THESE ARE ROBO CALLS, PHISHING SCAMS!
