- JeanI did not pick up since I do not know the number and let it go to voice mail. They left a 1:30 minute voice mail of gibberish, singing and silence.
- Thanks no call list!Received call from this number, a foreign man, sounded like it was from the middle east/overseas, asked for me by name. When I said he had the wrong number, he started joking "oh no what should I do, you don't want to talk to me?" I hung up. Really, really disgusted that our government allowed our corporations to out-source to other countries.....I purchased a computer from Dell last August, and since then I've had these phones every couple of days, saying there is security problem with my computer, yada yada....I've blocked the numbers, but now they are spoofing local phone numbers and other 800 numbers....really thank you no call list, thank you Dell, and thank you government for protecting your citizens. This foreign guy overseas has my name and phone number and God knows what other info he has on me all because I purchased a computer with a warranty!! sick and tired of it.

- JayI got a call from an Indian person wanted to my laptop information to connect remotely...he claims that is a virus had infected my system and he need to clean it. I told him to f..k off...
- Caller: Dell
- DBMDO not and I REPEAT DO NOT listen and follow what these scumbag scam artists are asking you to do!!!! THIS IS A SCAM. They just called my business, as soon as the "Indian" told me he was calling about my Dell computer sending them error messages (we don't have any dell PC's in this Office) I knew it was a scam. He had me open a run window and type in www.fastsupport.com then asked me to enter my name and tried to have me enter a code. If I did what he asked me to he would've gained access to my PC and my Company's network, server etc. It makes me SO mad that they actually get poor unsuspecting people to fall for this. If this helps just one person I will feel better. Please be careful and do not trust anyone who claims they will "fix" your computer for free-yes, I asked him how much this service would cost and of course, it was free!!!

- DG replies to Mary MarshallDO NOT listen to them-this is 1000000% a scam. Let me guess, he sounded Indian and said your "dell" pc is sending THEM error messgaes? Complete B.S.!!! If you follow what they tell you to do (fastsupport.com) you will give them access to log into your computer and they can and will do whatever they want from there costing you time and plenty of headaches!
- MaddieI received an extremely rude call today from this number. They've called me multiple times in the past, at different numbers, always pretending to be Dell about a virus on my computer. My dad actually works for Dell and the company will NOT contact you if something is wrong with your computer, that's your responsibility and not Dell's, so I immediately knew the call was a scam the first time around. Every time they call, though, they get worse and worse. I tell them that my number is private, which they insist it isn't (which is a lie since it's MY private cell number). I just wish there was a way to get them to stop, it's so obnoxious. Given that I haven't once fallen for their scams, you think they'd learn. But no, they keep calling.
