This number called me, had a wrong number. let them know that was the case haven't gotten a call since. That was Nov 14th

Not sure if there is a connection, but I am online searching for 800-425-2225, because, sometime shortly after midnite, my 3rd Rock from the Sun was interrupted by a black screen with only the message, "This cable box is unauthorized for use. Please call your cable service at. . ." with that 800#. My phone, coincidentally, has also gone out, but the internet is up, so this is not a billing issue. (I don't pay the bill, and, occasionally, slip ups happen that interrupt service for an hour, until things can get straightened out.)

Sorry, end of long story for you here. . .(there is a more interesting one to go along, but it is irrelevant). ;) The number goes to Time Warner Cable in Bellevue, OH, according to the Yellow Pages. Thought you might still be trying to find out. Hope that helps.

I had called Time Warner for technical support regarding my internet and digital phone and agreed to take a customer satisfaction survey when the call ended.  They were going to call me back within 5 minutes of the end of the call.  About 4 hours later my phone rings with this number on the caller ID and since I don't recognize it, I don't answer it and it goes to voice mail.  Turns out to be the recorded survey.  Harmless.

It is a scam.  They made up an appointment and asked for a survey (another call) right after.  That's how they got the survey figure.

This number is Time Warner Cable of Cincinnati.

I canceled my service with them and about 3 minutes after I got finished with that I got a call to my cell (which is the number that was tied to their service for billing) from this number. Recognizing it and half expecting it, I answered the call. But... Nobody was there. Dead silence after several "hello" attempts from me (figured it was a robo-dialer and didn't head me the first time). Ah well, I didn't really want to hear their "please stay" pitch anyway!

They have called many times.  Stopped answering.  Finally got real upset and answered two different times.  When I did, I got a message that said "thank you for calling, we'll be with you shortly.  Then the line went dead.  One message said this was time-warner.  If it is, I'm canceling my cable with them.

This number belongs to a customer satisfaction survey from Time Warner Cable - Ohio. It's TWC fault for not putting their name on it for caller i.d. machines to recognize. I've answered this call in the past but nowadays, I don't answer my phone without knowing who is on the other end.

Called me for a reminder about an appointment I have for Saturday December 15 around noon to one to fix me service.

Called me about a survey after my appointment. I put bad feedback and didn't need to call me about a survey. About to report this number to the local police department.

It's a survey or a service reminder. It's a 1 minute reminder or survey, you don't have to flip over it. Just calm  down. I know most people who use this site are afraid it's a bill collector trying to get money from them, but this is genuinely not.

I don't have/never had cable, this number keeps calling. leaves a silent message. no Idea who or what...

We were having an enjoyable night and then this number called our house. We ignored the call, then immediately after the phone stopped ringing, they called again. This continued for 4 consecutive calls, until my daughter answered and found it was an robo call survey. It started happening right after we called Time Warner because the Movie purchase option didn't work on our TV. My wife and I got into a big fight about constant calls, because I didn't want the damn phone, just for this type of abusive calling. Thanks to Time Warners' abusive calling, they ruined our evening.

I just got 2 missed calls from this #. Evidently it's Time Warner, I do have an appointment set up in a couple days.

I have to say, I found the previous post about how the guy and his wife got into a fight over it hilarious. You guys need to calm down. If you got into some big fight over this and it ruined your night, you and your wife have much bigger problems than the phone call. Trust me on that

This number has called me numerous times during the day and evenings.  It has called three times in a row each time.  I do not answer any phone call that I do not know who is calling.

I got a call from this number the other day, but I've never been a time warner customer :-/

I got this call from Time Warner confirming a service appointment.

Had a service call with Time Warner.  Later, received an unidentified call  from this number.  I refuse to answer unidentified calls.  Investigated and found that the number belongs to Time Warner for a service survey.   I HATE Time Warner.  They should not be in business.  I have had 5 Time Warner Tech in my home in less than a month.  The service is inadequate, the techs that answer problem calls are not trained efficiently, rude, very condesending, and disrespectful.  Supervisor are worse.  WARNING:  If you are looking for a cable company, run, do not walk, from TIME WARNER!!!

I have Time Warner they just purchased our current cable company.  Since they took over the phone does not work correctly, the TV cuts in and out, the internet is slower.  We were with the other company for over 10 years, and never missed or was late with a payment.  I signed up for auto pay, and yes the messed that up also.  Needless to say we are switching companies.  Guess what!  I just got 4 calls in a row from them.  These people need to take a good look at what they are doing.  It's not good enough to do damage control after the fact
