- SandyGot a notice in the mail wanting me to "Call to verify the below information Read below for more information" and stating "Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated. We are informing you that if your factory warranty has expired, you will be responsible for paying for any repairs. However, if expired, you can still activate a service contract on your vehicle before it's too late. Please call 1-800-425-3093 today."
- TammyI also received that same letter
- JaxenMe too. And apparently they don't read. I have a 2016 vehicle -- says it right on their form -- bought 2 months ago. "We are informing you that if your factory warranty has expired, you will be responsible for paying for any repairs." At the very least the factory warranty is 3 yr/36k miles. Fear mongers.
- TommeI received the letter and I called which was my mistake. I listen to the spill and told the first, salesperson who was very nice. He transfer me to account manager name Tim. He was so rude.
- AliceI also got a same letter. Told me to call 800 425 3093. But I do not know this letter at all.
- Elmer FuddGot the same useless junk mail. Deceptive-you have not contacted us, blah, blah. Says "To the order of" next to address, trying to fool someone into thinking it is a check. From Car Shield which sells contracts for 3rd party administrators, according to the fine print. Claims must be approved before repairs are done. Contracts are with United Car Care and American Auto Shield both in CO. Don't waste your time calling them and do not buy one of these warranties. They will find a million reasons not to pay. Just ignore these. I fed mine to the shredder along with 10 other car scams on the last few weeks.

- Me ThreeAdd me to this list. Called the number before I GOOGLE'd. STUPID! These lowlifes have no cooth. Angry guy on phone was adamant to extract my Credit Card info. Major red flags. I hung up. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! DO NOT CALL THEM. Found all types of scam complaints like here. BBB give them F rating. Years and years of complaints. http://www.bbb.org/stlouis/business-reviews/a ... s-mo-310030296/ I reported them. You should too. Just goes to paint the picture of what our country has become if these crooks can operate like this for years without repercussion. I hope the next administration will regulate AND clean up this racket!
