Called this AM, asked husband if in front of his computer. Told them "no", I'm sleeping. Said would all back later. Called back and told husband he was with our computer company. Husband asked him to tell him his account #, if he was in fact with our computer company. The guy stated he was having trouble with his computer system and would call back when fixed. Called back again & husband wasn't home, so asked for a call back#, Ext.# and name. He said "James, no ext.#, just call 1-800-425-4026". I called the number ant it said I'd been chosen for a special offer. Just have to answer 2 questions - are you under 50, are you over 50 ? For $1.95 we'll send you a $100 voucher for Walmart etc. Must have your credit card handy!!!  Can we say "SCAM". Hung up & blocked that number.

I've been getting the same calls. I asked him for my service tag # & he gave me the wrong one! SCAM

Total scammers.  I played with them for a while and then let them know they were not really dealing with an idiot.  Guy had the nerve to ask me why I answered the phone if I knew it was a scam.  It would be almost comical  if I did not know that unfortunately some people fall for it.

I got a call from 800 425 4026, said they from Dell computers. Saying computer giving error messages to them. Told them they weren't from Dell computers they scammers and hung up

Just got a call from an "Indian" guy.  Told me he was from Dell and said I needed to install some updates to my computer.  Asked if I would get on the computer.  I said no.

just received the call from a person with indian accent stating they were form Dell. said they were trying to send updates to my computer and they need access to my computer. i told him this was a scam, he told me to google the phone number and it will show its from Dell. i told him this is a scam and why are they calling me. he began to read from a script, he was having a hrd time reading it and i said what else does your script say. and he said its says your an [***] and then he hung up. haha.

6/20/16  Indian accented man said he was calling to give me a Dell update. I sniffed out scam immediately so he told me to google this number. Pretty stupid because googling it only confirmed my suspicion.

Just got call from this number.  No message left.  I always Google unknown callers and get up-to-date info if available.  Thank you to all of you who post comments on these scammers.  It helps more than you know.

This is a big time scam, they are calling from 800/425/4026 and saying that he will need access to my dell computer lol just hang up and block number.

Asked about my computer and then got mad when I asked questions back and said it "wasn't my turn to ask questions".

Wow!   I just checked and this number has been trying to reach me since the middle of last month.   I blocked them Aug. 13.   It is now Sept.  It shows up as being "800 service" to "Washington D.C.".   Also Pennsylvania to Louisiana.  I am so glad I blocked this number!

Got a call from this number. First just heard  bunch of voices. After hello a few times an Indian voice comes on saying calling from Internal Revenue Service. If the government is using overseas workers I am protesting. I have not worked in over 10 years so no money for me to owe. I say scam.

I have seen this number on my caller id  for a while didn't answer, nor do they leave a message.

They called my landline this afternoon. No message

Just received call from this number on my landline and they said it was Felix from Dell and that they had detected several people using my Internet service. I told them I would rather call Dell myself if I have a problem. SCAM!!

Just got a call from Felix at Dell computer that I was having issues with my computer.  I told him that I don't own a computer.  He said thank you and hung up.

SCAM Call falsely claiming to be DELL Computer technical support help desk

I get repeated calls from this guy.  He us rude.  He won't stop calling me.  I blocked the number but I get notified that he called and ut was blocked.  Like 2 or 3 times a we ek.  Not sure how to handle it.  I am really mad that he can do this.  If must be more than one person .
