- Stephen KThis is a fake pharmacy scam by criminals calling from India, pretending to sell fake Viagra that is just starch powder and illegally offering fake opioids and fake painkillers, which are again just capsules filled with dirty starch powder. Some people have suffered serious illness with permanent liver and kidney damage from toxic contaminants found in the dirty starch powder used in these fake India medications. Most people have not received anything and these scammers just disappeared after illegally charging the victim's credit card hundreds of dollars. I love to toy with these scammers, pretending to be an interested customer or gullible scam target, stringing them along on the phone call for at least an hour. My personal best record is playing with a scammer on the phone for more than 2 hours.
This same call center runs a fake HP, Dell, or Microsoft computer support scam by spoofing various fake U.S. area code phone numbers. The scam involves telling you that 'they are receiving alerts from your computer showing errors'. Unless you previously contacted HP, Dell, or Microsoft about a very specific problem, **ALL** unsolicited phone calls that you receive from 'HP Support', 'Dell Support', or 'Microsoft Support' are SCAMS that either say your computer has a problem or has a virus and they will tell you to use a browser to visit a website to download software that lets the scammer take control of your computer and then they install their own ransomware virus that they then force you to give them your credit card number so they can charge thousands of dollars on your credit card.
These same India scammer call centers also pretend to offer fake health insurance services, even pretending to be Blue Cross, fake car warranty extension services, and fake 'lower your credit card rates and consolidate your debts' services. All scams have goals of stealing your money or personal identity information. More than 95% of all North America phone scams originate from crowded phone rooms in India that run multiple scams every day ranging from fake pharmacies to posing as fake IRS officers collecting on 'unpaid back taxes', and the India government knowingly lets these phone scams proliferate. But these scammers are so bad with their English and their acting that you have to be a fool yourself to be tricked by their fake products or services. You can phone these scammers directly at 314-666-9790, 888-533-5887.- Caller: FAKE INDIA PHARMACY AND FAKE DELL COMPUTER SUPPORT SCAMS!!

- MichelleReceived a call from this number and the voice on the other end claimed to be from Dell and said I had a virus on the computer. She didn't ask which of our 3 laptops I was using and just started telling me to press keys. Nope.

- DaveI have not owned a Dell computer for at least 10 years. The call came in as a robo-dial because when I answered there was a slight delay before the person at the "call center" came on the line from "Dell Technical Support". I could hear the hubbub of other call center people in the background. They spoke to me by my name, but could not properly pronounce my full name. I didn't give them a chance to continue and asked them to remove the number from their calling list. Do not fall prey to this scam - technical support people will not call you out of the blue. Do not give them any information, money or access to your computer.
