Called to say that my computer has been hacked and that the prior protective system they install did not work so they wanted to refund me $650 with a check from Bank of America.  To replace is they suggest a $500 dollar protection system.  They want me to go to Walmart and get Itune gift cards of that amount and call them back to give them the numbers and they would download the new protection package.

Your computer protection has expired. Number one, I have McAfee security software and they do not call. Number 2, this is a scammer, so please do not even call back this number. The reason I know this is because I have 3 phone numbers and the number associated with my security software is not the number they called me on. Tired of scammers.

Scam - "To renew. Call on 1-800-425-9822. Attention the support subscription for your computer is expired. Call now 1-800-425-9822. Thank you."

Same electronic voice as the most recent IRS scam call here.

Same robo caller (woman) stating the same issues about my computer and to call 800-425-9822 right away.

Got the call. looked it up on Whitepages which said it's a HIGH Scam, same reported on "Phone Call Comments

"Support subscription for computer has expired. Please call 1-800-425-9822 to renew." Amateurish scam attempt. Blocked.

Computer scam and I don't own a computer.
