The guy who made the comment about being the best debt collector is lying to you, by the way where do you get off saying that you will "Make them pay"? Their so called law department isn't that great...tust me, most companies have middle of the class to bottom lawyers who took the bar 5 differant times. As for me, I been a lawyer for over 10 years, turst me, I have won 95% of my cases agisnt debt collectors. The Feds are smarter than you think tuff guy...Turst me when I tell you this, by having an attitude like you have displayed in this post, It shows that your company is attempting to defraud a person and attempts to such are highly agisnt the FCDCA laws...For anyone who listens to this guy, he is wrong because there are laws that protect you as the consumer before you pay, you are entitled too have the "so-called" debt sent to you in writing showing that you owe such to whatever company with in 30 days, if they fail to provide you with such, then they can exhusted their right to collect. Next, if they do provide the correct documents, then in writing you have the right to ask them to stop calling you and all correspondence are to be in writting. You also have the right to appeal the debt with in 30 days of getting a notice. Lastly, check the laws in your state - they have what is called the "Statute of Limitations".

I mean come on, what collection agency would hire or outsorces oversea's when it comes to "Risk Management".

    Frank ~

You are correct about your posting. I think that people need to either speak with a lawyer like yourself or my law offices about debt collectors who try to bamboozle them into paying outdated debt or false debt. It more and more common over the last few years where collectors are
"buying" infomation from other agencies and making stuff up. I urge everyone to put down the boot and stick it to the back side of collections agents, you can win if you know your rights!

For being a lawyer in practice for over 10 years, and having won more than 95% of your cases against debt collectors, you should at least get your facts right (as in the name of the laws, its FDCPA, not FCDCA), lets forget about the laws for time being at least get your spelling correct.
