Called, no message on Ans Machine.  Warning!  Other scam-tracking sites identify this number as the "Your computer is sending errors" ID theft and/or data ransom scam.

Am I the only one reporter on this one?  Another no-message call today.  See above.

I got a call today from this number telling me they were from Dell and my computer is sending errors. The person couldn't speak good english and I hung up on her. I am so tired of getting calls like this.

Been getting calls from 800-433-2392 that I never answer. Parents have answered they say it's Dell and want to speak to me. Tonight I took their call. Indian voice says he's from Dell and has detected error messages on my computer. I asked him to prove he was from Dell. He told me I could call his supervisor lol then told me the service tag number on my computer. I told him that proves nothing. I asked him to mail me something and he said they had e-mailed and mailed info that must have been disposed lol. I blocked the number but man what a nuisance. They called hundreds of times over the past year. Something needs to be done to put an end to this scam.

This is one of many scam numbers they have been using to obtain access to my computer. Same thing computer is sending errors.

For the past month, I have received dozens of calls from 800 numbers "pretending" to be DELL tech support. The numbers they call from changes almost daily and they call multiple times a day. Google searches of the numbers they use confirm that these are the numbers used by the scammers who are pretending to be from DELL trying to gain access to your computer. Do not engage with them. Block their calls. It will not, however, prevent them from calling you continuously.

This company has called me numerous times from different numbers. It is a fraudulent call & I need to know where to report this!

That is the legitimate dell support number given if you use tech chat on the official dell website

You'd ONLY receive a call from Dell Support if you'd called THEM first! Is that clear enough for everyone here?

Asked for me by name, but lots of noise, echo and boiler room sounds, then they hung up.

This number is listed as al Dell Service Tech number, but some techs if not all of them are scamming, this number 1 800 433 2392 is  the very same number the was on the bottom of my laptop screen along with a BSOD scam... they had placed there.  They advised me to call them, I did and the tech told me would only fix my screen if I purchased a Warranty.. I  didn't trust him... and called 1 800 624 9897 and the (Tech removed the BSOD without charging me). proving that  they are at very least dishonest if not criminal ..and shouldn't be able to continue to represent Dell from India, at lease not customers living here in The United States.
