- Tee| 4 repliesThey keep on calling me. I ended their service months ago, even giving them a 30 days notice in Sept. 2009. They chose not to discontinue it until December, so now these clowns are trying to get me to pay for the extra monthly payments. Never use them again.

- Jesk replies to TeeThey keep calling me too. My ex got primus two years ago. At the time we lived together so we put my cellphone as the contact number. We broke up (obviously) and he cancelled the service. Now they won't stop calling me. I don't know the credit card number or the account information.
- RickyI discontinued their service and agreed to pay whatever I owed and rep also confirmed me that I will get the bill. After this it should stop, but they don't give up. Primus you go to big HELL!. Company like this should never be allowed to operate in Ontario.

- BobGlad to know it is Primus calling for my parents as they forgot to pay last months bill however its not even 100.00 it is 57.25 and my parents hardly ever carry a forwarding balance. It is kind of petty if you ask me. Just send the new bill with the previous balance and what is owed and it will get paid.

- JM LessardOn 28 March 2017 "Primus" called, giving an address and a phone number (that I did not have time to note). Then the line was dropped; they specified it was not a telemarketing call. I got their calling number from my call display,
