    Got a call from "Windows Help & Support" today. Fairly sure it's part of the Windows scam that's been going around for some time.

    Yes Windows Tech support scammer from India.

    He told me my windows computer was sending error message and had my real last name.

    I don't have a Windows computer that runs, so there is no way he could be getting error messages,
    but I was trying to play along to see what information he would give me..

    He was going to prove that he knew my account number and that it would match a number
    on a screen He asked me to open by pressing the Windows key and R at the same time.

    I gave him the wrong answer, so he threatened to block my computer so I couldn't use it.
    That doesn't seem right. Why should someone threaten to block my computer?

    Hmmm, I'm using my non-windows computer to make this report.
    Hasn't been blocked yet... haha
