Same here Jessica Sawyer calls house.  Says she has buyers for my timeshare.  When I call to see who this is she tries to say she can get 18k for my timeshare, but I have to put up $1200 to get things going and the legal department will call tomorrow and record my statement that I am doing business with them.  Also, says she can get my money back from other service I am using because they aren't delivering.  She wants me to give creditcard number over the phone.  Tells me to call her back when I am serious about selling my timeshare.  Insulting and belligerent.

He has been work with Americana resort sold many units last year. He has buyers would like to buy my Americana Lake Tahoe timeshare with $9881, but need my credit card number to guarantee the sell. I told him I don't give my credit card number and he hangs up.
