they said they were the ire.and if i dont call back.1-800433-8784 that they had a warrent for my areat.

they called at my old job.and said they were the irs.and if i did not call back they were going to have a warrent .but out for me.

He almost scammed my family.  He calls from this number (1-800-433-8784) and plays "games" from various extensions.  

1.) Dial 1-800-433-8784
2.) try ext. 100.  
3.) If that doesn't work do extension 101, 102, 103, 104, etc. eventually he will pick up.

it's obviously a bad idea to call him, but if it's that easy why hasn't he been caught yet?

Caller is threatening to take me to court for not paying 716 services and they say they are going to talk to my employeer  and have my check garnished for 100% until the balance is paid in full. I haven't received the magazinse but they say I have been because none have been returned to the publisher. My employeer has advised me to tell them that I have obtained a Lawyer and will be suing them for contacing me and my employeer illegally.

I am getting threatening messages from this number at my employeer even after I told them to stop calling.

Basically same thing...he said I gave false info and went by the name Donald Stafford. Wanted my work #. This man has been calling me for years.

Just got a call from Rebecca Weller from 800-433-8784 and she was telling me that they have already talked with my payroll department and that my employer has given them all the informaion that they asked for. I asked my payroll department and she knows nothing. I sent a letter into the attorney general and she told me that she wanted to verify if I had contacted them. My problems are as follows:

the person that I asked to cancel did not follow up on her side
i have been cursed at by a lady that works there
i have been harassed at work (but the funny thing is if this is a vlaid debt, why dont they have our cell or home numbers and why is it that they only have work numbers) Oh thats right they call businesses.
I am tired of messing with this.

My girlfriend receives calls from this number frequently. They are members of Seven-One-Six services. They sell magazines in 2 year subscription blocks. My girlfriend and I signed up to receive a great deal on magazines that we both enjoyed at a reasonable rate and then we hit some economic difficulties so we called to cancel the subscriptions because we could no longer budget for them. Upon requesting cancellation we were advised that we could not cancel the subscriptions because we were "Under Contract" and this would be a breach of said contract.  Now they are calling from this number and stating they are Sabrina Greene calling from 2430 Legal Department.... I have never heard of a lawfirm called 2430 in addition she would not provide the company name and advised me that she could not explain the nature of the call in the least and wanted to speak directly with my girlfriend. She kept referring to me as honey and hon which is extremely unprofessional and made me feel awkward... They have called my girlfriend before and threatened her with legal action.

Sabrina Green called again, 8/26/13 stating she is a mediator who has received a case from some magazine company saying I had a court date. I have never received anything for a court appearance. She said, "Oh that's strange." She kept going on... She is on my side and wants to help me. I told her I have already sent a complaint to the Attorney General on this company. She said, "Oh you have talked to Lisa?" She said she spoke with her too about this. I told her I know you are involved with this company. I have Googled your name and you come up with 617 Services. She then started yelling at me and saying she will go speak to Lisa and get this case going right now. I said, "Great," and hung up on her.

Walter Kensington says he is from the Illinois Attorney Generals Office, HE IS A LIAR! This is a scam!! The man starts out pleasant enough. However when you start to ask questions he gets very aggresive and uses scare tactics. He said I had missed my court apperance and I would have a lien placed against my income tax refund and any other property I have. All of this if I did not give him my credit card information to pay off a magazine debt immediately.  NONE of what this man is saying is true! He is phishing for someone to give him their info so he can take advantage of them!!! BE CAREFUL!!

They've called my cell and work and it has actually got me in trouble at work.  My boss had told a prior lady not to call my place of employment.  This one claimed she was an attorney named Savannah Hill and needed to speak to the person who dealt with my payroll.

me and my wife had the same problem legal threats warrants missing court dates and all that other crap.All from guess who 716 services. first it was mike kamerowski than scott gremonti senior investigator where in the hell do they get these names out of a phone book. The number they used was 1800-433-8784 ext.108.when he called me back stating that the credit card# I gave him did not work I asked him why he sounded surprised.i told him he's a scam artist and ive made the phone calls needed to figure it out and then he yelled at me called me the scam artist and that he was going to sick the sheriffs dept. on me. Still waiting for them to show up.DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SCARE YOU OR INTIMIDATE YOU JUST HANG UP THE PHONE

All the info on these posts have been very informational! Thanks everyone for posting these. 716 services has been contacting my family. Savannah Hill, Sabrina Green, Carmen Lopez, Scott Gremonti, David Stapleton, Michael Kamerowski. All the names of people that have been calling and harassing/ threatening people I know (and obviously people i don't know.) Will be contacting My local Attorney Generals Office to take further action against 716 services. Threaths of summons and false titles are completely illegal in the state of WI. Furthermore they try to contact your employers and their payroll departments to collect depts that an attorney would not legally be able to collect. Watch out and do not pay for any debts to these people!!!

In June of 2014 I was contacted by a representative of 716 Services about receiving magazines free in the mail.  The representative continuously repeated that the magazines were free until I agreed to accept them and then and only then did the amount of $3 per week was revealed.  Once I agreed to this, I was repeatedly reminded that I couldn't cancel due to a verbal agreement they had recorded.  In September of 2014 an account representative called saying I was being contacted for missing a payment and needed to make an immediate payment to avoid having my account sent to the legal department.  I informed them that they had deposited my check at the beginning of the month according to my bank's online account.  It took them over two hours to confirm that I was correct.

The real problems came in December when I attempted to cancel my subscriptions due to financial reasons.  I was informed that I wouldn't need to make any payments for 2 months due to my problems but I asked for an outright cancellation.  I was told that was my problem.  Didn't receive any magazines for the next 2 months and then began getting them at the same time I received a letter, Feb 18,2014 from Asset Recovery group saying I was in arrears by $107.90, which is more than 2.5 times the amount, including late fees of $.65/ month than I would have normally paid.  I contacted them, which I'm sure they will deny, and stated that I had cancelled the subscription which they denied ever happening.  I asked for a copy of the contract and have failed to receive a copy.  Luckily I was able to find mine.

March 19,2015 received another letter stating I now was in arrears for $135.20.  Again I told them I had cancelled the subscriptions.

On April 3, 2015 was contacted by a Kaitlyn, refused to give her last name nor say what company she worked with.  She informed me that if I paid $351 she could make the criminal case against me go away.  Even provided the criminal case number but when I asked for documentation on this case she informed me that I would only get that after I had paid the money.  Supposedly the case is theft of services.  She gave me an extension until Monday April 6, 2015 or they would go forward with the criminal case.

Checked my supposedly cancelled subscriptions online and found that they were still active.  Have since contacted all of the magazines and have cancelled my subscriptions, with, amazingly no difficulty.  And the remainder of the subscription was to be refunded.

Monday April 6, 2015 talked to Kaitlyn, who at first acted as if she didn't know who 716 Services until I pointed out it was on the letterhead of the Corporate Asset Recovery.  Got hostile at this information and told me I had until Tuesday April 7, 2015 to make restitution or the criminal case would go forward. I told her I had gotten online and cancelled the subscriptions that I had been lead to believe had already been cancelled.  She told me that was my problem and hung up.

April 9, 2015 received a phone call from Kaitlyn, who is now stating that she is a lawyer and since they hadn't heard from me, the criminal case was going forward.  That a process server would becoming to inform me of the court date as well as serving the reference name I had written down.  That person doesn't exist.  The man who brought me the contract to sign, said just put down any name they'll never call and check.

Phone calls were unknown caller and private number, which I do not answer.

This just happened to my family! Exact same name and situation. He went crazy on me just for saying im just trying to see if this is a scam or legit. Then he went crazy. He was asking for ssn i said yeah okay and hung up.

These people are still at it!! The so called scott gremonti was calling to get my mother info cause she supposedly put down the wrong ssn and now they are movin with thw case. I told him go ahead cause nothing will happen since its a scam so now im recorded cursing at this guy. I didnt want to put this down as a debt call i would perfer scam call. So these people and company is all fake. Please dont fall for it.

They keep calling and saying I know people in your family you owe me some money for some magazines you can reach me on extension 109 my name is Sabrina Green from 2430 legal division iGoogle all this stuff and see all this fake stuff online and I just keep getting ripped off these people need to just stop

Yaaaap! Anthony Turdinelli  got me.  Left a message and case # with my brother regarding a judgement against me. I called and fell for his act, but cancelled my card before he got anything. Scam!

I got a call from Savanah Hill ..1.844.716.9012.stating she was an attorney. No company name..said my grandson was being summons to court since I thought it was a scam I hung up..she called me right back and said since I hung before rights were read to me I was being summons to court in his place..no company name she just said attorney division.. when I tried to call the main number that called me..1 716.875.2726..it said mailbox full no company  name..
