- Jerry| 2 repliesa call and a hang up.
- DC Fan replies to Jerry| 1 replyGot a message from this number today. Rick @ Term Service Solutions offering to help with my excessive credit card debt (hmmm, less than 100.00 is now considered excessive?". I'm on the Do Not Call list so I'll be filing a complaint.
- Dondo| 1 replyI too received a call from "Rick" at Term Credit Solutions at my office number. I carry two credit cards one being a corporate American Express the other a Rewards Mileage card. One with zero balance the other with less than $500 which I pay every month. I called this number three time. The first twotimes when I asked for the name of this company I was hung up on. The third time I said I need help. The man said what cards doyou have and what are the balances. I again asked what was the name of your company? This time he told me. Term Credit Solutions. I asked where they were located? He said California. I asked Where. He said why are youasking so many questions. I asked How did youget my number? he hung up on me. BE CAREFULL I will call the Attorney General Tomorrow.

- Paul| 2 repliesI received the same call also. "Rick" of Term Solutions at 1-800-435-0307, saying I had large balances on my credit cards. I have no credit card debt. I have gotten similar calls and they really annoy me. I have checked this web page many times and found others who received these calls.
- also tired of telemarketing scams replies to Paul| 1 replyI also received a message from Rick, no company name mentioned. I called the number over 20 times before an employee agreed to put me on the do-no-call list. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor to ask why I was called if I was already on the FCC do not call list, but I was immediately hung up on another dozen times. This is the 3rd call of this type tonight, even thought I'm on the FCC do not call list. I have to assume most of America is being having their evening and weekends disturbed by these scams, why is the FCC and our government representatives so ineffective in protecting people of the United States?
- RBI too received a call from Rick at Term Service Solutions on my work number. When I call back to request to take my number off their list, they just hang up without any word. This happened many times. How do we go about filing a complaint against this? Does anybody know?

- virginiaThese shisters should be shut down. What gives them the right to call you at your place of business? Can't anyone do something? When you call the # on caller ID, you are "lost in space" somewhere. When you call back the 800 number and ask to be removed they hang up on you.
- SBCGot two calls from Rick at Term Service Solutions - 800-435-0307 on my home number just a few days apart. Both times he left a message about my excessive debt.
- BJOK replies to DC FanI too received a call from Rick, several in fact. He must be the only one making calls. I too strongly resent the implication ( it must be an implication--or does he think he knows my personal business)that I have "excessive credit card debt". I was so upset I made 20 or so calls to the 800 number as was hung-up-on every time. Please help me know how to file a complaint. I'll file as many complaints as I can to get this fruitcake shut down. BJOK
- BJOKI have received several calls from Rick @ Term Service Solutions stateing I have "excessive balances on my credit cards". He left a 1-800-435-0307 number to call back. I called that number 20+ times in succession and was hung-up-on with every call. I admit I wasn't very pleasant, demanded to talk to Rick, asked to speak to a supervisor, complained about the abusive nature of their call, asked to be taken off their call list, etc. I'm convinced this is not a legitimate or reputable company. I just hope those who ask for their help aren't scammed. I am sure they don't but would like to know if I have any credit cards and for sure what my balances are and what CC companies I have cards with. For the record I do not have any outstanding balances with any CC company. I think their game is to trick me into giving them personal information. Do I look that stupid?

- Your Best BetYour best bet is to setup a fax machine to call every 60 seconds.
Make sure it disconnects after 60 seconds, then calls again.- Caller: Debt Service Telemarketing

- bren73People keep calling my phone number and when I ask them who they are they hang up on me.
- dmputnamYup. Good ole Rick called, left a message, and I called back. This call was on my business line and I wanted to find out just how much "excessive credit card balance" I would have, especially since I have NO business credit cards. I was asked if I wanted to talk to Louie and was told that it was his birthday today. So what? This happened 3 times, all followed by a hand-up. When I called back again, asking to speak to a supervisor, I got someone named "Karen" who also hung up. I like the faxing every 60 seconds, though!

- Sally| 1 replyi keep getting these calls on my phone at work. everytime i call back and ask to be taken off their lists i get hung up on. Since i have no credit cards, and it's a business phone i assume they are making random cold calls. i would like to find a way to put an end to this.
- Caller: Term Services
- bobby bizzleryeah i got the call as well except i live with a roomate and he never said who had the credit cards or anything. so i looked up the number online and found this. i dont have any credit cards, so this was a major relief. i think rick is going to hell, and thank god that this exists, it hopefully has prevented alot of scams.
