Just called my home today, her name was Amanda and the ex. 533 I called it back and got the voice mail. I left word that I had no Idea why she was calling as she did not leave a name of the company she was calling from. It was only after I called them back that I got the name of the agency. After looking it up and seeing many many suspicious reports if they call again I will report them.   Phone number 800-453-0566

This Company collects for Shaw Direct.  Shaw direct bills in advance so you may be hounded by the collector for a account that never rendered any service.

How dare you harrass me.  Next time the authority gets involved.

Called my parents house, where I have never lived and I have lived on my own for 20 years

'Jill' from C.B. Cameron and Assoc. was calling my wife harassing her about a bill overdue. She is battling cancer and dementia, and is extremely upset over these calls. What is more, we live below the poverty line on disability pensions. I was working on a solid plan to get this particular bill paid off before the more serious bills came in for everything else, and looming bankruptcy. However, as a direct result of these ignorant,downright dirty calls...that particular bill is now at the bottom of the list and likely will never be paid. I could see it being a different matter if we were true deadbeats, drinkers, smokers, gambling etc., Now the satellite company we owe the money to will not get paid. We do not need the [***] with the present troubles we already have.

Just a follow up to my other note here: The company that engaged this sorry outfit is indeed...Shaw Direct. My wife has had good service and relations with Shaw Direct over quite a number of years. However, now that the chips are down, they have chosen to unleash this pathetic excuse for a collection agency on her with no mercy or even a simple regard for decency. If she survives her medical treatments you can be certain that Shaw will not be the choice of satellite service after recovery. The other reality is that Shaw is now off the short list of creditors slated for payment altogether. Bell is hated here as elsewhere, but they will be the provider of choice down the road.   Well done, Shaw. (Shame really....I thought you might have investigated this company before paying them to loose your accounts.)

Indeed. For the last month they have been calling my home regulary, at all hours of the day and night, leaving messages for people I have never even HEARD of. What's weird is that every time they call, the message they leave is for a person different from the person they were looking for the LAST time they called. Totally bizarre. I have an unlisted number and am on the "Do Not call" list.

So I received a call from this company after they located my personal cell number through a family member. How dare you harass my family and force them into giving you my number. I will not be paying the bill at all, what you going to do ? Bunch of losers harassing people for money during Christmas time. Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Shaw Sucks !!! I think her name was Charmin or something like that.

I got a call for my husband on my cellphone but we have seperate phones.... i didn't answer and ''denise'' left a message without mentionning the company name. I called back a couple of time and no one answer...

I got a same king of call last month of a person who was telling me I did a loan for some company in USA, i live in canada....

That is really anoying and they should stop harassing people....!!!

Called my number and Left a nasty message for some random person.   Not being one to take [***] from anyone I called to find out what's going on.    Turns out Shirley? Called 411 and got my number.   I tried to tell her I don't know the person, she rudely interrupted and said I must considering last name is SIMILIAR! Started to demand info.   It was my turn to rudely interrupt telling her if she called me again I would report her and her company to the rcmp for harassment.  We will see what happens

Number was unknown.   I returned her message caus I hate telemarketers and scammers

These people are attempting to collect 200. I owe Shaw satellite that I cancelled. I cancelled because they were charging for horrible service. I told them they should reimburse me for the down time. Easily 200. Worth over the year I was with them. It crapped out if it was even overcast. They said I was not in an ideal location. Well they shouldn't have signed me up for service they
Couldn't provide. I guess I'll have to pay eventually. But im in no rush.

Amanda ext 535 left msg at my work and called me at home. She gave an address of an apt. and asked if I had lived there. Told her no and that I am not in arrears to anybody , told her to remove my name and number and to get her facts straight before she calls people with her tone and attitude! Guess I am easily accessable if these idiots can track my home,cell and work numbers! I told her anymore calls from her or her company I will file harassment complaint! It makes me sad to think that those who owe money because they have fallen on hard times are contacted by these individuals. Guess they have never had an issue and obviously with their attitudes, who the heck would want them in their company!

He never said they had satellite only that they owed the satellite company.

Jill from CB Cameron and Associates keeps calling and calling looking for someone I've never even heard of. The name Headquarters comes in the Call Display so no call back...if they have nothing to hide they could at least leave the company name on voicemail and Call Display.

They are calling for Shaw but never tell you that ! Just a message saying call Cathy??? What the f $@k I don't know a cathy so if you expect a call back maybe you should leave a proper message explaning what the call is about ! Annoying dumb [***]

How do I get CD and Associates to stop calling me looking for a person I don't even know?  I've had the same phone number for over 20 years and before that, my grandparents had the same phone number before me for years and years too.  What gives?  They say they can't find my phone number in their system so they can't stop calling me.  Where can I file a complaint against this company.  Who are they anyway?
