left an auotmated message on my cell, stating to 'call us or your attorney' but not my name.  called back and told them that the person you are looking for doesn't have this number.  an apology with the thing of they will remove my name.  but still have to pay for their mistake

Received call regarding outstanding debt for brother...returned call and found that company that answered did not even state their name, just had to leave a message.  They had all of the families cell phone numbers and home numbers, not sure how they would have gotten them or related us together but believe this to be a scam.  Waiting for next phone call...

Have you gotten anymore calls?  I'm curious because I had a call from the same number and don't know if it is legitimate or not?
