These telemarketers are LIARS! They lie about who they are, what they want, and think we are stupid enough to fall for it. They called here and did not even know who to ask for and said we had placed an order for hoses from them. WHAT IDIOTS!!!!!!!! PEOPLE WHO CAN NOT FIND REAL JOBS OR HAVE NO SKILLS OTHER THAN PUSHING PHONE BUTTONS, HOLDING THE RECEIVER TO THEIR EARS...AND LYING! SHEESH, GET A REAL JOB, GO BACK TO SCHOOL, TAKE A SHOWER AND CLEAN UP...GET A HAIRCUT, BUY YOU SOME FRIENDS.....AND PAY BACK YOUR OLD ONES!!!!!!!! DIRTBAGS

these people are f-ing stupid! they called me and said they are giving the hoses away to just keep them for 6wks and use the crap out of them......if we dont like it send it back.......

news flash ***if a place sends you stuff you didnt ask for........you dont have to pay for it....they can threaten you but thats it. KEEP THEIR CRAPPY HOSES

also got a call trying to convince us we ordered hoses and they just needed confirmation.  Their website is a fraud R&B Supply.  They don't even buy the hoses from the suppliers.

They called us asking to get transfered to the "shop".  Then began telling me that I can get free hoses with a great promotional they are having.  Then when I told them that we don't use hoses, a second guy gets on the phone and says "WHY ARE YOU WAISTING OUR TIME CALLING HERE AND ASKING ABOUT HOSES IF YOU DON'T EVEN USE THEM!!"  Then hung up on me, I was confused.

I have worked in purchasing for nearly 30 years and I have fielded just about every type of scam call and this was one. The guy called wanted to speak to the "shop". I told him I would help him and identified himself (don't remember the name) as being from R&B Supply in Van Nuys Ca, and that he had some new technologically advanced air hose and i could try it out for free. I had already Googled the business name and the BAD REVIEWS were popping up all over the place. I told him as much and proceeded to read off the top ten headlines ... all of which were hilariously negative. He admitted that he had been employed only a few weeks and wanted to hear what people thought about the company. I said "It doesn't look good, maybe you should try to find employment at a reputable firm. You sound able, so I think it would be no problem for you to get a great job in legitimate sales."

"David Hart" called today saying Good year was giving away new air hoses. then asked aboutr drill bits. saying goodyear wanted to know  main issues with old ones and that they have a great new deal on market now.  

R&B called saying something about great drill bits offering for us to try for a couple months.

idiot called looking for the shop..... well we don't have someone in the shop he told me he had some air hoses to drop off ... I told him we don't have a full time person and he slammed the phone down... @$$0les... Im half tempted to call them back and do the same..

idiots called trying to get to shop manager, asked if i can help her. she said they would like to send

out drill bits for us to try at no charge, they need feed back on new product. I said no thanks,

From there the collection call started from the 800 435 6879 Erica non-stop, they are the biggest

scam I have ever had call my business.

Total scam offering to let us use a GOODYEAR hose valued at $210.00 for 6 weeks, if we like it we would pay when the six weeks are up. I agreed, we are  garden center and this sounded like a great idea. I was told I would get a follow up call. This is when it got strange, a man called and was hoping I could help him out with a problem. He said they had shipped a hose to a business that went out of business, the hose was at a UPS station 80 miles away if I could go pick it up,then they wouldn't have to send another one out.....hmmm I  started laughing saying I knew the call was too good to be true, that I knew it was a scam, the man told me I wasn't qualified for the hose offer anyway and he hung up on me.
I actually called GOODYEAR, to let them know this company was using their good name in this scam.The first caller said his name was Ronnie Berger. The companies name is R& B Supply, 1 800 435 6879

Lady called from R & B supply but it was a blocked number, she wanted to talk to someone about dropping off drill bits for us to try free. Sounded like a total scam so I just put her through to a voicemail. I came on 800notes typed in "R and B drill bits" and got this page. :D Those guys, always trying to scam. I know that if someone spouts off about sending us free stuff to try it's 99.99% likely to be a scam.

Just had a guy named Chris from R&B call and ask to talk to someone about fittings for a hose he was trying to send out. Talked to another member of the company and said they wanted to send a free hose for us to try that was made exclusively for our type of company. The number was blocked and they called back twice trying to get an email address. Just hung up on them.

I was sent an 8 piece Carbide Rotary Burr set to try out at no charge and soon received an invoice for $331.95 for something that cost $57.99 online. R & B apparently stands for Robbers & Bandits.

I used work for a place just like this. You have to be very careful. They don't say try free, they say the price is some price, then you don't have to spend anything out of pocket today, they will "pre-pay" the shipping also meaning not free, you will have to reimburse and if you don't send back in time you will go to collections probably have the people never bother sending back like the product and keep it. Then pay

Almost a year later and she called back with the same spiel, this time I was ready for her (saved their information in my DND phone spreadsheet. I played dumb of course, tried to get a return number out of her but no dice, she said she'd wait on hold while I "checked to see who would be the appropriate person" to talk to about the free drill bits... bahaha, she sat on hold for 3 minutes until she hung up... I'll use the same spiel every time too. :D :D :D

Got a call for some amazing drill bits with a lifetime warranty they want to send me to try for 6 weeks. I did not bite. What a crock.
I gave the guy enough rope to hang himself with before telling them never to call me again.  Clearly a well organized scammer. Sad.

Got a call from this company regarding their amazing drill bits, drill bits like I have never seen or used before to use on a 6 week no obligation free trial bases, hung up with the guy called back to speak to the guy and they told me no one was in the office to take calls, so I asked then how is it he just called me??? If you get this call just hang up!

Guys these people are a scam they have almost gotten me fired on numerous occasions but I have hidden the owners daughter taking money out of the books for me not to lose my job. They call and say that you are getting something free or for a trial and before you realize you signed for a $800 air hose worth maybe $25. The way they get you is putting attention: whoever and when the parts department sees it they just sign for it because they receive warranties daily with my name so when they see it they just assume. Over the past 7-8 years they haven't quit sending and we have paid them over 20k, it's my fault and now I'm in the bed with the owners fat [***] daughter and may lose my job while she walks away free as I have been hiding her stealing money. Just be careful. And if it happens admit to it early.
