Male with a South Asian accent told me he wanted to refund some money to me, all I had to do was get to my computer and he would set me up for a refund.  When I suggested that he'd require access to my computer or credit card, he said, "I already have your card number...I already have access to your computer."  I told him he could have that info, and ended the call.

If he truly already had your card number, then all he would have needed to do was process a credit on it.

Oh yes, I meant to write that there's NO way he could have had access to my computer or card info.  You're right---if he had that, he could scam me without talking to me.
