    I accidentally called this number when I was trying to reach Southwest airlines and they tried to get my credit card number to change a flight.

    OMG it just happened to me too. The only reason I hung up is because the guy was so rude. It took me a minute to figure out I was NOT talking to SWA.

    Ong! Yes same thing happened to me today. I accidentally dialed this number and someone picked up without any wait time. I was surprised. Be aware it starts with IVR to trick you. It took me a while the person on call was so rude.
