Received voicemail to return a call to Aaron's Corporate Office

These people keep calling my number asking for my old room mate casey I keep telling them I will leave their messages incase by some miracle he ever comes back but now they went and dug through phone lines and are trying to call my home phone for him they need to leave me the %@#$ alone "ARRONS CORPORATE OFFICE". I dont know where casey is anymore and I dont care this is my last warning. Persist and you will regret screwing with me!!!!!

this number is: Aaron's (lease to own furniture) Corporate Office. They will call people for issues such as bill collection on an item.

I have an acct with the monroe store I can't pay for it so I spoke with the manager tim a couple of times to come pick it up and he want come get it and now he is sending message that he is going to take a warrent out on me and I have told him to come get it but he said no and i also have a laptop that I paid in full there but it had messed up so I asked him. To fix it for me but he is holding it and won't give it back to me if u could please help me call me at 704 292 5394 thanks david watters

they cant threathen you with arrest its againt the Fair Debt collection act. you could sue for that.

They can't get a warrant it is not criminal it's civil. The only way they could/can get a warrant is if you sold the stuff or moved it with out telling them. In regards to your laptop. Do you still have the receipt? Because you will need it to prove ownership. If it is payed for he can not legally hold it for payment on your debit for the other stuff. That being said... Did you pay him for fixing your laptop, if so do you have the receipt? The reason I ask this is because he can try and say he is "holding" it because you haven't paid the repair bill. If you have payed the repair bill or are prepared to pay it, if he says there is one and you have proof showing the laptop is yours and payed for. Go to the police station and report your laptop stolen, tell them where it is and that he is refusing to give it to you. So police stations wont get involved because it is civil, but I have seen some that have been nice enough to go with a person to recover there stuff. You would be surprised how some people "tune" will change when they see you walk in the front door with a police officer. You can also try going to your local news paper, TV stations and the radio stations. Company's don't like bad publicity. Hope this helps, good luck.

Hello I know this [***] people are harrasers they kept calling my number too asking for someone that I don't even know and I keep telling them is wrong # and they call 3 to 4 times a day 7 days a wk. the best advice is BLOCK their phone#'s might be the only way to be in peace and not have them waste your cell phone minutes.

These people are horrible! A woman claiming to be allies from north platte Nebraska called and left a message on our company voice mail claiming one of my tenants has furniture of hers. Not true ! When I called them back I got someone claiming to be Nina and was rude and disrespectful. Some jerk calling himself Chad, got on the phone claiming to be a regional manager and when I told him that someone called from his store (left number on message and was on our caller ID) he told me TWICE that I was crazy! He then made some snide remarks about colorado and said he was being pranked by a radio station.  I have better things to Dothan being verbally abused by some dumb redneck in Nebraska ! Aaron's needs to clean up their act and learn some customer service skills!!!

wrong about the warrant you have their property you don't own that stuff you may want to check your state laws you can be charged all the way up to a class 6 felony

Debt is civil, not criminal, so there are NO arrest warrants.  He already said they repossessed the items, so he is not liable for "theft"  or criminal charges.

I am the caregiver of David Dockery. He has an acoount with Arron's in Camden county. This man has Squamous cell Carcinoma of the head and neck. I have requested for them to come get the furniture and the head manager of the store here in Camden county Ga refused. We have told them several times that we can not pay for it. They still have refused to want the furniture. Due to they already have to much in the store. They have worked with us on one payment and that is all. The girl that works there has called my phone twice and was very rude both times! She does not need to call my number again.
Now, my thing is... Why can you not donate the furniture to us in the Name of David DOCKERY'S cancer fund? WWW.give forward.com... I know that it can be used as a tax right off. We simply can not make the payments.

They are doing the same to me for my Ex boyfriend that I haven't had any contact with in over 10 years! I am getting ready to contact a lawyer because they are constantly harassing me about it!

            My T.V was stolen almost a year ago and i found it at the pond shop had the police to recover it and still no arrests has been made so i have asked Aarons to get my T.V. or give me a replacement and still they tell me i responsible for it l domt understand why i am paying for something that i cant watch than i ask them for a corporate number and they say they don't have one whats wrong with these people

Did you get a police report?  You should contact the police department and ask for one, make a copy and give it to Aaron's.  If that doesn't help, you may want to contact a local news station's consumer advocate to help.
