- Cranky BearGot a call from this number. Silence on the other end.
- Mr. BillDefinite call attempting to slam long distance. Telling me I am paying $24.99 in long-distance services, but in reality my long-distance is part of a package through the phone company that allows my business free long distance to anywhere in the nation.

- BenWe received a call from this number at 12:56 PM today. No one was in our office to take the call, but we rarely answer toll-free calls anyway, and they did not leave a message.
- Caller: "Not Provided"
- TWUnbelievable. Won't take NO for an answer. The guy who said his name is Douglas Russell with ISI gave me a fake 800 call back number. This is the second call in three business days from a complete jerk who has probably been in an account receivable bull pen. If you get a call from this number don't answer.
- JOcalled about my AT&T service, presenting herself as an AT&T employee, said we qulify for a new low rate, hung up on me when I asked too many questions. No caller ID on my phone line but I *69'd the number and called them back to tell them how rude it is to hang up on possible future business partners. Of course she hung up before she gave her name.
RUDE!- Caller: 800-441-5392

- TX GalA lady calling claiming to be a partner of AT&T and saying that we still make checks payable to AT&T for their service to lower our rates. Slammers! I hung up on them.

- DRUWe have three businesses at one location, phone system connects all 3. Just recently made changes to my phone service , received a call from this 800number offering to give a low low rate for small business package(RED FLAG) since I just made changes....ran around each question I asked, and claimed unable to receive incoming calls because he was at an outbound only call data base center!!!! Next call came in today (11/16/2011) different line, answered company As line by identifying company B by accident....gentleman starts off saying he can save company B so much money on our long distance (RED FLAG)...Company B is not even listed on the phone account and he claimed to be with AT&T... after several questions that he would not answer..he says "Fine if you DON'T want to save money!" and hung up...

- SecrataryI have received 4 calls this week. Person calling asks to speak to the person handeling our Century Link Acct. When I ask their name and then what company they are calling from they get rude and say "are you the person authorized to make changes on the account", again I ask them if they are calling from Century Link (All along knowing they are not from CL) Still won't answer my question, SO, I get just as rude with them! IF they knew what they were doing they would KNOW who handles our CL acct. The first guy I spoke with this week, said "if you aren't authorized on the CL acct I can't speak with you" I replied, "If you can't tell me what company your calling from, I cannot speak with you!" and hung up! Tired of these rude a** people calling like they own me...I've got news for them.....They aren't going to get past me!

- FrankJust received a call from this number but it echoed only silence. I don't know which is worse, to have dead silence after being interrupted, or having to send them crashing with numerous questions. I think they are aliens and are trying to occupy our minds! Tin foil hat time. UGH!
- Caller: Toll Free Call
- LeanneScammers trying to change phone service. Claimed to be with CenturyLink. They guy even gave me a legit sounding name and an employee ID number. No way...don't do it, they are not legit~.

- Linda| 2 repliesCalled to get reimbursed for charges since 2009! OMG I had no idea they were USBI aka ISI was doing this, they trick you into answering questions and if you say yes to just one question they take that as an authorization to take over your long distance!
I called them this morning and the rude woman would not reimburse our monies and said no credits were available! I was furious because I know I did not give them any authorization to be our long distance carrier, all our long distance has been through AT&T for 10 years!
These pathetic pieces of ****t should be in jail for theft and manipulating businesses! Check your phone bill people, you may be another victim!- Caller: USBI aka ISI
- LML| 1 replyOur business received a call from this number at 1139 hrs today. When I answered the phone, someone immediately hung up. There was no pause as if waiting for a telemarketer to pick up an available line, it was immediate. Or maybe somebody suddenly realized we have a pick freeze (or whatever the term is) that prevents them from changing our phone service without our explicit consent to our current phone company.
