- Erin replies to FloYou can file a complaint online with the FTC if that is the correct situation, or with the FCC for harassing phone calls. New law in 2010 stops this kind of stuff. Exercise the law and stop people trying to make money anyway they can from forging stress into your lives. Besides, if they have your contact info, they have your children's contact info. They could be simply calling your number to confirm it and then sell the phone list to another company for a few bucks. Good rule of thumb I use, if I answer a phone call of a number I don't recognize and they don't immediately identify themselves, I wish them a good day and hang up. My time is valuable and I don't conduct business over the phone of that magnitude without a paper trail anyway so --mail me. That's my rule. I also report any problems to the corresponding federal agency, if my state doesn't not regulate that type of incident. The law was written to protect us-so I report it.
- freaksthese people don't deserve any respect call them fn losers and hang up on them They can't even tell the truth about why they're really calling nor show their real phone or business name....so why would anyone call them back or give them any information....is beyond me. I NEVER answer my home phone or my cell if I don't recognize the number or it shows anonymous or anything other sneaky lying bag full of loser [***]

- Too WiseSomeone named "Alex" just left a message on our answering machine, wanting someone to call him back because of "conflicting information they had," but he didn't say who the call was for and that he needed to be called right back. They also didn't say what company they were with. My advice to everyone is what my mother told me when she was still on this earth,"Just because someone calls you on the phone doesn't mean you have to pick it up, and if a stranger knocks on your door, it doesn't mean you have to open it." I'm sure there will be a special place in Hell for people that participate in this kind of undignified work. Hope you all have a nice day and peace out. ;O)

- Tired of these calls replies to Stop being scaredNot only that, but if you tell them to meet you at your attorney's office, they will get mad, say something not very nice and hang up. SO, if they are so legit, why won't they meet you at your attorney's office?
- BeccaGot a call today from a Rick saying he had some information on file that included my name. Wanted me to call back to correct. But you seem this is funny to me cause two days ago I got a call from the same number and the guys name was Andy.

- KristenThey are scammers!! Do not give them any information. By law they have to provide you with a letter and this company wont do it. They have a F rating and should be turned in! Do not give them any of your information because all they are doing is taking your money and it doesnt go towards any debt they say you owe. I asked for their webpage and they have a one page website that gives only their address. When you call them back its super noisey and they yell for the person ur trying to reach.

- Nineteen Ninety NineLady named Lori just called from this number and left a message for me to confirm information on someone I know but she wouldn't say who they were trying to find. I called back and got a manager on the phone who explained they were hired by an attorney that's trying to find my old roommate. They already had his name, SSN, DOB, job history, etc., but they needed his home address so they could send a process server out to sue him for a car accident he caused in January. Not bill collectors.
- Caller: investigator
- Shirley WhiteI have told them that I do not owe this. They have the wrong person... I want them to stop calling me and my friends say they are calling them too. They need to stop this.

- mrdavisIs anyone interested in joining a class action lawsuit against i recovery llc? They are in violation of many fdcpa laws and can be sued for up to $500,000. I have repeatedly asked them for validation of debt which they cannot provide... I have asked them not to call during work hours, which they do. Also, the debt they claim to own is past the statute of limitation. They have harrassed me for over a year and I will be filing suit against them. If anyone would like to make this a class action law suit please email me at irecoveryllclawsuit@gmail.com

- PAIN| 2 repliesI'm sure these people that "work" for this so called company and have nothing better to do but then read these comments so they can leave more crappy comments with the same all around crap about process servers!!!!! Most of these payday loans went out of business years ago, yes and I called one that had been resolved years ago and they had no record of me in their database at all, no contracts, not binned to do anything extra just a third party was sold my information so I could be harassed at work on my cell and threatened well, just so these crazy people that need a real job need to know every time they call it is only hurting them.....building a case against every single call any time anywhere!!!!!!! Just when they think they got me and pick up the phone it will be their only warning I give them. I have a family and real things to worry about, so stop harassing me! So bring it on, it will happen so beware what you do online with anything and your info. It's 2012 and there is way too many ways I can make things go away so with that said protect yourself friends and don't let anyone make you uncomfortable! And hey process servers you know nothing about me and nothing of where I come from so furthermore, we all know somebody that knows somebody and karma is a b*#ch!!!!!!!!!!!
- Caller: DUMB HEADS GAVE NO INFO (CALLING FOR SOMEONE YOU KNOW)
- LILY replies to PAIN| 1 replyTo "PAIN"....I applaud you! At once point I was freightened and intimidated, yet I knew I owed no one. Getting my wits about me and reading these blogs helped to shine the light on these scum. All that you said is so right, and I just wanted to thank you for saying so.
- charriot replies to Imotep| 1 replyYeah right! Some of us know better and know it is linked to a payday loan scam. FTC and FBI have been notified and I suggest everyone else do the same.
- BunkoThe FTC and FBI have really been going after these terrorists lately. Thank God.
If you receive a call from this number report them to the proper authorities. They are scammers who are trying to take your money.
Don't let the sweet girls voice on the message fool you.- Caller: Unkown
- ZigfieldDon't be fooled by the "Investigator" title. They aren't anymore of an investigator than my Aunt Tillie.
It is just part of their scare tactics.
They are terrorists plain and simple and need to be reported as such to all Federal Agencies.
If any of you had a debt that is late or has not been paid you would be the first one to know. Same goes with traffic tickets and everything else they people claim they are going after.
Google is very helpful in situations like this. Look up payday loan scams, legal processing scams and so on. Look up any suspicious phone numbers that go along with the suspicious phone calls.
DON'T BE FOOLED BY Scammers who are TERRORIZING YOU.- Caller: Unknown
- Victor replies to LILYWay to go LILY! Glad you have seen the light and now know better.
Who knows better than you if you have any debts, warrants or any legal action against you.
Please report them. It will make you feel good. I know it does me. :)
