Medical billing out of Demoines, Iowa

I got a call and it is a new medial billing company that recently started taking over billing for a hospital in my area. they wanted me to make a payment. I told them i would call back tomorrow (i want to look at the bill that came yesterday and call the number on the bill and see if it takes me to the same place for payment)

Left a message on my voicemail, saying they were Abidin Health in Des Moines, IA and they were contacting me about a letter they mailed about changes to my healthcare insurance. My insurance hasn't changed in 2 years. I also did a search and can't find any Abidin Health in Des Moines. Must be a scam. Des Moines is over 11 hours from where I live.

Received a call from this number today (10-13-14) at 2:15 pm.  Never heard of them.  I live in Des Moines, IA  for over 40 years,  Should I call them back or not?
