received a call from a Marshall Maxwell. He said this is not a solicitation call. He said he was a debt collector and for me to call him back at 1-800-443-2076. I got a call yesterday from some clown named Kristen Galvo and he told me to call back at 1-866-529-1885. My credit scores from all three agencies were over 800 12 months ago and I have never missed a payment on anything. These idiots are just scam artists.

I received a phone call from that dude on SAturday..now I feel better.. Can a collections agency call your parents house? They called on Sunday morning at 8?

They called and left a message on my answering machine that they were trying to collect a debt. I believe that this is very illegal (3rd party).

a recored male says to call back at this number. Doesn't say who it is for or what it is about. Calls almost everyday on my cell phone.

I've been getting a call from this number on my cell; almost every single day.  It always leaves a recording(As of today July 30th, their recording states its June 6th...so, they're not even professional enough to update their recording).  I have no idea what their calling about and doubt it's legitimate.

Never leaves a message for whom he is trying to reach. Leaves a message as William/Bill Marin. Have no associations or issues that warrants phone calls. Keeps calling my cell phone EVERYDAY; sometimes 2-3xs/day. Not a very smart scammer to be sure!!!!

I too got over 47 phone calls first to my cell and then to my landline from the man DEMANDING that I call Kristin Galvo. 47 calls ! I do not own money and my credit score is very good too. It must be a scam, but, the calls are VERY, VERY IRRITATING ! 47 phone calls in one day on my cell ! 6 a day to my landline !

same thing from this #  Caller says william marin and he is a debt collector.  our credit is great and there is no reason for him to call.  calls numerous times and at all hours.  

too bad dishonest people try to make a living scamming hardworking people.

Fourth call in as many days, same deal. Same male voice claiming he cannot give out any more information "in this format". Three different numbers on my cell so far (no land line). Googled the numbers and they all belong to the same scam collection agency out of NY. Don't answer them! Google National Action Financial Services and get an eyeful of the BS they've been pulling for the last couple of years. Keep the number in your cell and set the ringer to silent. This way they can't bother you anymore.

This caller keeps calling me and claims to be a collection agency.

He says unless I call back they will have no options but to begin legal process.

Received a call on my cell phone from 800-443-2076.  They used to call my old home phone number too.  Told to call 1-866-529-1885 to speak to Kristen Galvo about a debt.  Don't owe anybody anything!  Just another scam!  If this continues, will report to NYS Attorney General's office.
