I believe it is a collection agency collecting on medical charges.

They call and don't say anything. I just hung up. No idea who it is

If you owe UK Hospital money, this is the agency that will get the account to settle your debt.  They will have the automated services call you if you owe a small amount and a "real" human call if your debt is quite large.  When they call, never select the option that states that you are or know the person they are calling.  I think option 4 will allow you to steer clear.  If you already have a collector trying to collect the balance, don't even bother paying if its under $500.  The damage has been done on the credit report which is very minimal at that amount (about 10 points give or take).  Paying the amount will only raise it back up a few points.

Margaret Henderson. Calling about a "Reverend John Lee" and asking for money for a hospital bill somewhere where Henderson was treated.I told them wrong number and they apologized.
