This number is HSBC <--that is the name on my caller id. Since Bank of America absorbed them recently, if you have any dealings with either bank, that is most likely the root of the call.

I get calls from this number frequently....you can never understand them when you answer....always trying to sell something....they never seem to understand that I am not interested...asked to be put on their DO NOT CALL list in Feb. 07....apparently they do not care about whether you are on their don't call list or not......

This is the WORST company I have ever delt with.

Their rudeness and incomptence caused my home to go into foreclosure last year. On top of that, their equally CROOKED debt collectors got a default judgment against me.

The $450 million class action lawsuit they lost to every AG in this country in 2002 for unfair and predatory lending practices did NOTHING except to make them even MORE crooked than they already were. The complaints against HSBC are rampant in all areas they do business in worldwide, and I don't know what it is going to take to shut them down FOR GOOD.

It's now ten minutes til 11 and they've called me five times this morning. What is your f*cking problem? Not all of us work days or swing. I work nights. Quit calling me you son of a b*tches! I'm about to keep a log and sue the crap out of you for herrassement.

They call every day, one day we counted 12 times, were sick of it so we don't even anwser anymore they never leave a message either.

This call is from HSBC.  If you call them back they give you the option to opt out of their telemarketing calls.  If you are now, or have been in the past, a customer of HSBC, they are legally allowed to call you as a telemarketer.  That's how the law works.  You call back, press 2, then it asks you to enter your phone number, it thanks you and tells you it may take up to 30 days to kick in. If it works then I'll be happy.  I am a customer, but I don't want the telemarketing calls.

I have received calls just about daily and have called HSBC and nicely asked that they stop the calls. And as mentioned above they tell you it will be 30 days! When you ask why does it take 30 days, they can't tell other then your on their call lists and they take 30 days! I suggested these call lists are done through a computer and it only takes a computer seconds to search for and delete info. Well, I just got off the phone with a customer service representitive and this time I raised my voice ... she jumps on me for being rude ... they call every day with and hang up and I'm being rude!!!! What customer service. I will be filing with the FTC.

I decided to investigate today via google. and see all your messages.
I too will TRY to get them to stop. I thought when I registerd for the block on 'sales calls" I would not get this crap

Call comes repeatedly day after day.  I answer, they appear to be having conversation with someone in the room with them.  I hear man with heavy accent but he never responds to me when I speak.  So I hang up.

I hate these calls, they are calling to my mobile. I already sent few (about 10) stop calling me requests, but still they havent. Now what I am going to do is call their higher officials and still didn't stop, I dont mind cancelling all my business with them.
