This is not Wells Fargo.  It is a scam.  I did not see the number on Wells Fargo website so I called Wells Fargo at1-800-446-0664 and they confirmed that it is not their number.

they call my house phone and i do not know how they got my personal cellphone number they do not leave messages or say anything when they call my cellphone when i answer it they should just leave us people alone. i have no credit cards at all.

yes, but it doesn't matter if it goes to voice mail or not. The phone rings all day and often at night. They use untraceable phone numbers. The ID caller constantly changes. I get calls from cities like cuba, NY. But the phone call may originate from somewhere else. I block them everyday, but everyday, new numbers. there is a site where you can report phone numbers. Most of them that I report come back saying the numbers are bogus and specifically generated to skirt the blocks and the national registry. So what good it is? I am very discouraged. Should I change my number? I'm not sure that would help, to be honest and would be more of a hassle on my time. Then do I have to change my number every time it is discovered by some computer?

I get these and have no dealings with HSBC, credit cards, nothing. I have call blocking that I bought from my phone company and will put them on. I did this with a different one and it stopped even without my putting it on my phone block list. I wanted to see if it would be taken care of. They will probably just change tactics and get a new phone number, but then we can file another complaint.
