This number poses as a customer service number for Chase bank (because it is very close to a Chase Bank number on the back of Chase Freedom credit cards).  They then act like you were selected for a prize for calling into customer service and take your credit card number to sign you up for all kinds of offers.  THEY ARE NOT CHASE BANK!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I had to close my credit card.  The company answering this phone number should be reported and shut down for fraud!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!!!

I called this number my mistake I dialed 1-800-446-3308 instead of 1-888-446-3308 and they pretended to be my credit car company Chase and procided to offer me a free $100 prepaid Walmart credit card for calling and reporting a fake email I received all I hade to do was pay the $3.95 shipping charge. I started to get all kinds of charges on my credit card. I had to cancel mine and now have to get all kinds of charges off. They are very smart I can't belive I didn't catch this while I was on the phone they were very good. Please Be Carefull when calling your credit card company, check the number a few times before calling the wrong one. I just read it to fast and thought it was 1-800 but it should have been 1-888. They were there waiting this is their plan they know we called 1-800 by mistake. I have reported their phone number to the chase fraud divison. If this happens to you call your credit card company with all the info you can. One charge was from a company Save -2-Go and the other was LeisurePlus

I made the same mistake -- dialing 800 instead of 888, thinking I was talking to Chase help desk. They got my credit card number and address before I realized it was a scam.  They said they were USA Processing.  Asked them to proceed no further while on phone, then hung up.  I Immediately called the correct Chase number to request a new credit card number for my account.  I also sent an e-mail to abuse@chase.com, text below:

I called this number my mistake I dialed 1-800-446-3308 instead of 1-888-446-3308, and they pretended to be my credit card company Chase.  They offered me a ”reward” of a $100 rebate with Walmart for a processing fee of $1.95 charged to my credit card.  Before I suspected a scam, I gave them my card number and address.  I then ended the call and called the correct Chase help desk number to request a new card number from Chase.

Please be aware of this company USA Processing that is using deceptive practices to take advantage and defraud Chase credit card users.  Again, their number was 800-446-3308 (very similar to the Spanish contact number on the back of my Chase card).

OMG! something similar happened to me. I meant to call my kids insurance and dialed 1-800 instead of 1-888. I was on my break at work and was in a hurry to call that it didn't occur to me that I already fall for a scam..dumb me! The lady on the phone told me same thing $100 walmart/target check for only 1.95 and after 15 days if I don't want to continue the service I can always cancel it. She also said that she'll send me an email for the link of the service..night came no email! Ugghh,,I got scammed! I feel so stupid. I called my bank right away to cancel my debit card and ask for a new one.

I did the very same thing.  Today.   I can't believe I fell for it, but I thought I called the right number which registered in my brain as it being legit.   I've already cancelled the card before charges start showing up.
