I got a pink notice from these asshats.  Stated that I may have a Home Warranty policy that could expire soon.  I called and was verbally told I had an expiring policy with them and it was purchased by the seller per state law.  At first I thought it was one of those hundreds of documents we signed at closing.  There is no such state law.  After checking with my mortgage folks, they verified there was no policy. Kind of a relief cause I've already had to replace the HVAC unit for over $5K. At first I though I'd wasted that money.  Turns out it's a total scam, aimed at getting people to buy their so-called insurance.  Don't fall for this.  How can they think I'd do business with a company that has already proven to be liars and scammers?
