Albany MEmorial hospital collection office. Called me regarding an upaid copay that I forgot about. Legitimate company.

Why is this number not available on their website? This number is for the Albany Memorial Medical Center's Billing Department, more specifically the number you are supposed to call regarding questions about your bill. You have to wait on hold for 30 mins just to get this number from some lady's voicemail on the phone number they have on their website. This number should be readily available on their website, so I don't get talked to like I'm [***] when someone with the St. Peter's Health Group answers and tells me I reached the wrong department. What is the world coming to where you have to get your customer's riled up before they even get a chance to speak to a customer service rep? Why not make it as easy as possible for everyone? I just spent my entire lunch break at work waiting for someone to answer the phone line to the number they have listed on their website. It is absolutely ridiculous.
