Keeps calling, never leaves message. Researched & keep finding that # is available & person using it is spoofing.

Called, did not leave message.  So, definitely not worth your time to answer.  Unless you want to call them back, and hang up on them.  If you know a foreign language, use it and tie them up for hours, or better yet, just speak gibberish.

Received incoming 4 calls from this number between 9-36am-3pm, so there's plenty of time to get 4 more calls today. No message left. Didn't answer any and there was no voice message left. But one call didn't hang up before my VM recorded the sound of a large room with lots of background noise and possibly people speaking, but nothing intelligible. Must be a phone bank somewhere (Indian?) robot calling.

In Advance pushing business loans.

In Advance.  Would not answer what kind of company "In Advance" was when asked, instead hung up.  They called two more times and I got dead air when I answered.
